The parking is terrible I had handicap and peolpe that was parked there had no handicap sticker so I had to park my car at the casino that’s no fair at all.

The attention of the personnel and the breakfast (because we didn't expect it) The parking (very limited)

I do wish there was gym on premise that guests had access to. However the location has a great trail so that worked out.

Loved the look of the building with the old building peeking through here and there. The room, which includes a full kitchen (with a dishwasher!), living room, and separate bedroom, was great. Floor to ceiling windows were cool which would be beautiful with a river view. I wish we were staying longer so we could use the room more. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for seeing a show at the Fillmore or comedy club and going to the casino. They do have a shuttle to get to and from the casino but it is such a short walk that anyone that doesn't have problems walking can do it no problem. But having the option was nice. There's a little market where you can buy a snack at any time, but the snacks and drinks in the room already are complimentary and they're a life saver. I booked through booking.com and the only room available through them was an "accessible" room. I figured it was just standard hotel language and didn't think much of it. When we arrived we saw that there was no curtain or door on the shower and the tile floor had drains in multiple spots. We were told that this was what made it handicapped "accessible". Had I been given a choice I certainly wouldn't have gotten an accessible room. The first shower of the day leaked all over the tile floor, hardly getting into the drains, and out the door into the bedroom. Obviously this is a constant thing because the wood floor outside the bathroom and inside the closet on the side that backs up to the bathroom were discolored to a greyish black color. Unsure about the mold status. The bed is not comfortable. I think if we got a regular room it would have been a better experience. Overall it was not bad though and we'll definitely be back.

It's the best. The breakfast and snacks were great, and the room showed a strong presence, with a beautiful view. The staff are friendly and clean, the living room is nice, the refrigerator is large, and there is a TV in both the bedroom and living room. It has cooking utensils, is clean, and is the best. I want to stay again. There isn't any.

Best place to stay in Philly for the price. I looked.

Jackhammer in the parking lot outside our window early morning. The worker was employed by the hotel, not the city. A literal jackhammer outside our window when we got the room for a place to sleep, of course. Jackhammering outside our room for hours.

The staff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I found it nice and peaceful to wake up and walk by the river in the morning.

Loved the large, high ceilinged suite with a wall of windows overlooking the river. Full kitchen would be nice for longer stays. Could have used a desk with power and USB ports instead of a diningroom table or big TV. Bed comfy. Shower nice. Nice park and river trail next door. I enjoyed the reclaimed industrial building aesthetic. Breakfast a bit meager (microwave breakfast sandwiches, cereal, terrible packages bagels, etc.). Breakfast room staff person was delightful tho. Loved the free, on site parking. The complementary snacks and softdrinks were a nice touch. Proximity to Fishtown proper pretty good (10 minute walk to get there). An el or uber ride to center city (or longish walk). They should consider offering a shuttle to the Art Museum area and maybe the historic area. I wasn't there to gamble so can't comment on that shuttle, etc. The place could use an on-site bar/restaurant altho I get they want you to head to the casino for that stuff. It's also a shame there isn't a gym. All-in-all, I loved the room/river view, especially for the price, and since I was there to explore Fishtown, I loved the location. I'd definitely stay there again.
