Nothing. We arrived around 6:30pm after a 10 hour car ride. We were told by Valet they wouldn’t park our vehicle since it is a truck, we did not know there were vehicle restrictions. We checked in with the front desk woman who tried to double charge for the room due to me booking through Booking.com. She informed us at check in the hotel was fully booked, was unsure why she mentioned that. We get to our room to find it is 76° in our room on a 85° day. We adjust the thermostat to find it’s not working. I call the front desk and then send maintenance to help. He adjusts the thermostat, flipped the breaker and informed us the AC would not be working for our stay. He then showed us his work order list of 10-15 more rooms that are requesting assistance for the same issue. The maintenance said he’d bring us a fan. We went down to address the issue with the front desks woman who told us I would have to contact Booking.com and informed us again that they were fully booked, which makes sense why she inadvertently mentioned it the first time. We decided to wait at the lobby restaurant/bar while I was on hold with Booking.com. The restaurant staff informed us that the hotel has had many issues the last 2-3 weeks with rooms having no power and now most recently AC. If this was a known issue, why would they not check the rooms before check in for guests. Booking.com ultimately said it was up to the hotel to issue the refund, which the front desk never mentioned. The front desk had stated the situation was out of their hands. I returned to the front desk to inform her we ultimately would not be staying that no AC is not feasible for the price we paid and not something we would like to deal with after touring the area in the summer heat most days. We voiced our frustrations with the lack of preparedness and the lack of help from the front desk staff. She would not help us find another hotel or assist us in booking at a sister Marriott hotel down the street.

Nothing The hotel had all types of problems… no phone service for over a month, hvac issues, water temperature issues, electrical issues, a lot of the staff was very rude and disrespectful to me and my clients.,

This is not a 4 star hotel. Barely any amenities. Not even a bathrobe on request. I was told that Marriott chose not to send this property bathrobes!!! This isn’t a luxury item. Cheap brand of soap. No cotton balls. Took a while for the hot water in the shower to warm up. This hotel seems poorly maintained. The staff was lovely and helpful, but this is NOT a 4 star hotel.

We came to stop over for a long trip. The hotel is at the historical area of PA. The hotel has a valet parking. It is family friendly. The staff were all nice and helpful. However, the bathroom especially the whole shower area could have been cleaned well and the shower gel container was not refilled.
