The hotel was comfortable. The maid staff was extremely noisy every morning. Woke me out of a sound sleep every day.
-
The staff from valet, front desk and the bar. Everyone was very welcoming.

Clean rooms and nice staff.

Location great.......parking sucked.....bartender aweful.....room had no windows....

Loved the gym, beds were comfy, location was good No coffee in the morning and cafe opened up late, rooms were clean but meh for the price parking was ridiculously expensive and a Honda pilot (standard SUV) is considered oversized

However, the parking situation was absolutely terrible. It isn’t completely the hotel’s fault, but they should have more parking options other than valet. Paid for parking outside the hotel in a Park Mobile Zone. My partner and I went to our room and for an hour, came outside to attend a concert and our car towed. Finally, after a debacle with the PPA and $251 later, we get our car back. We head back to the hotel after the concert and the valet lot was completely full. Just as an FYI to any guest, please keep parking in mind.

My wife & I were able to check in very early, had a great spacious room with a view, and had a wonderful time at the bar sparking conversations with staff. The location is perfect for all the Old City experiences and are just minutes away from Spruce Street Harbor Park. Highly recommended!

Hotel seemed a bit dated. Had a leak in my room after it rained. Selection in the M Club was lacking. However, staff were friendly.

Location is great. Breakfast checking.

Stay was amazing. It made our time in Philly great.

Great location, super helpful night staff when I had to arrive at 2:00 in the morning and leave at 3:00 in the morning, super friendly coffee shop and bar staff that go above and beyond. Extra comfy beds and pillows, and I always sleep really well when I go there because the rooms have individual thermostats and the A/C is quiet.

A great convenient location if you need to be close to the historic part of Philadelphia. Walkable, and very easy access to fast EV charging at the casino on the riverside.

Staff when checking in were not helpful. Rude and I paid for club access didn’t assign my keys to that or give me any information about it. We had to go back downstairs later that day to ask. Female bartender rude at night. Asked if we can get another round have us attitude “Well I don’t know what you’re drinking”. Had no clue we had to call the room service number on our cell phones to order room service. Stood there waiting for the same rude bartender to acknowledge us while she passed by us with our food to pick up. When asked if she can help us check our order “ well we have a lot of orders coming in tonight, what’s the name” wasn’t necessary and then had the audacity to ask for a tip. We came in from California and this was terrible experience our first time in Philadelphia for the amount I paid for 3 nights 1200$ down the drain. Multiple staff being this rude in such a pretty establishment. Be ashamed because we were very patient as being guests.
