The location was fantastic. It was very convenient for the restaurants we wanted to visit and a short walk to the riverlink ferry we used to cross over into Camden to see a concert. The TV in the room was in a very awkward position, and I would have liked a small dresser to put clothes in.

Beautiful and modern apartment right on South Street. I wish we could have stayed longer!
-
Really unique hotel in a great area

Privacy and location

The area was lovely. Yes, there was I guess a lounge/club nearby and people were loud at night but that's expected in a city. Plenty of places to grab brunch and shop. Cute coffee shop just at the corner of the hotel. My favorite Philly record store and one of my favorite bars was also closeby. Met some cool locals. Will stay in this area again!

It was charming, nicely appointed. I’m a reader, so a table lamp next to the sofa is a needed addition for someone like me. Nothing. It IS a bit noisy at night-but the owner thoughtfully provides earplugs. You are in the center of things and that is why we chose it!

Get a room facing the street, not the wall!

The suite was cozy, comfortable and well designed. The bed was super comfortable, shower was spacious and couch/eating area was well stocked. I really appreciated the attentive staff and the small touches like personalized notes and ear plugs. I would definitely stay there again! Neighborhood is a bit noisy and the walls are thin. I had a very noisy neighbor who kept me up. But I did reach out to staff and they responded quickly.

So wonderfully decorated. Clean, bright and open with high ceilings. We stay here often due to having family in the area and understand that being so close to South Avenue can make traffic and people leaving bars loud on Friday and Saturday nights. However, this past Saturday, a woman below our windows, was shouting for 1 1/2 hours until security from somewhere was able to calm her and move her away from the hotel area.

Every thing was amazing

Absolutely LOVE this place. So cute and cozy. Like staying in an artistically curated apartment.
-
Location. Room layout. The couch wasn't very comfortable and there were no other chairs.
-
We had a 2bedrooms and 2bathroom suite, with a door in between. And the place is very art. We enjoyed very much.
-
Everything. Everything was solid.
-
I always stay here (if it has availability) when I stay in Philly. I feel safe and it’s very clean. Nothing was at issue.
-
Very convenient and cozy place right on south street

I Loved the design element to the room and the hotel. WIFI was a bit wonky. But the beautiful surroundings made up for it.
-
I appreciate that it has no weird smells or fragrances. A little natural diffuser or something in the hallway, but the rooms feel clean and unscented-- the products also are great. As someone who gets allergic skin reactions, and trouble breathing to most cleaning products and almost all fragrances --in hand soaps, dish soaps, sheets, towels, throw pillows, etc.-- I am grateful to find a place where I can breathe and not worry. I've been there 3 times and appreciate how minimal everything is, while also having everything needed, and feeling charming and cozy. I love the suites. I like having the hot water kettle, so I can make tea for myself when I wake up.
-
Very clean and convenient; had all the amenities needed and very much appreciate the “did you forget” supplies in the hallway for an extra bag of herbal tea and advil.
-
Private easy to access and close to the event we were attending well stocked with amenities, felt cozy and we loved it Not a damn thing we loved everything
