We enjoyed our stay at the Roost as it provided the space and comfort of a modern one bedroom apartment. The staff was very helpful at the front desk and on the floor. There is a roof top fitness center with mostly cardio equipment and lighter dumbbells. The property is secure and well located. We walked to Rittenhouse Square for dinner and to all the historical sites. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very relaxing.

Superb location, spotless and with lots of natural light, comfortable and new looking. Modern and sleek, if a tad austere. Friendly and responsive front desk staff. Large fridge. Cold water growler in the fridge. Lacks a bit of character and seemed a bit sterile. Bedroom lighting was odd. Some plants might help.

Very convenient location, very quiet, very spacious and clean. I also enjoyed the unlimited supply of drinking water, both still and sparkling.

The location was great, as it’s a few blocks away from many restaurants and bars and right around the corner from city hall. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom worked perfectly. Door man is very nice and helpful. TV network didn’t work for us, so we couldn’t use any streaming service. We watched the cable channels instead.

This place is awesome! My birthday fell within my stay and the staff left flowers at my door. It was so thoughtful. Highly recommend. Location is great!
