Had an amazing staycation to end my birthday, they sent champagne and an amazing cheesecake to my room. Everyone was super sweet and helpful!

be ware the 400 dollar a night incidental!!! lastly the homeless own the streets not a safe location!!

Parking and food at this hotel are extremely overpriced.

This place is a complete joke. Anybody that stays there needs to reevaluate their thoughts. The rooms make no sense whatsoever explain this to me you have two queen size beds, which means one or two people minimum are staying in there lol how do you have a bathroom with just a toilet and a shower that you can barely turn left right move in and then your sink which you can’t put barely any water in because of the depth of it is outside by your front door. Explain how that makes any sense so if you are with somebody, you’re getting dressed in the bathroom, you can barely move in or you’re getting dressed right in front of them nevertheless, you have zero privacy as far as the hotel is concerned it’s Hollow advance. Never stay there again if you’re in Philly stay at the Ritz Carlton or somewhere else. The pool is so small. I honestly don’t think they have room for water. In it.

The Location It is too dark

Another great stay in Philly! I chose the W specifically for the corner room with the view. 👀. The location was good, walking distance to everything. The pool area was nice on Friday night with the live music. Perfect spot for a quick day trip from the DMV area.

Excellent location and friendly front desk staff. However, to maintain the "cool" vibe, most walls are black and gray with mood lighting. This makes it difficult to see where one is going, especially at the lobby elevator bank. The rooms are loaded with "cool" design items that are not always practical, such as a magnifying mirror embedded high in the bathroom mirror so that it only works for tall people. Housekeeping is understaffed, as our room was not serviced until after 5:00 pm on both days that we were there.

Staff was beyond friendly and helpful! Weird thing about room the sink, no matter the level of water it splashes all over the floor, counter. Also, trying to get the correct temperature was difficult in the shower and sink. The only negative.
