Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel

Construction no longer visible, rooms updated, clean, well services. Staff receptive to comment- loud party on 6th floor outdoor, moved inside at 10 pm to lessen impact on guest rooms above. Thankyou. One Suggestion- get more elevator capacity. Four elevator doors, one for service only, 2 in use, one elevator seems to be shaft only, wasn't in service the 3 day stay. Had quite a buildup several times with guests waiting.

Room was dirty, dusty, bathroom was really dirty when it was assigned originally. The room was really dusty. Elevetors were slow and out of 4 only 2 worked.

Check-in staff, Madison, and Concierge were great. Room coffee was great.

Close to metro transportation

The only issue (which was temporary) is that they had only 2 elevators for a tall building

What a great find! We were so pleased to stay here when our flight was cancelled. The bed was comfortable, the staff super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Wouldn't ask for more (except for a flight that wasn't cancelled!).

Sheraton offered the 1 day in & out parking service and it was so convinient for Upenn family to stay for move in.

One of the hotel managers noticed we were struggling with the luggage abs immediately jumped to help. Great customer service and nice renovated rooms.

Newly renovated 1) Housekeeping did not clean the room eventhough we did not put any do not distub sign! 2) Front office gave new room but forgot to write room # so we had to ask again 3) Poor service at front office, Took 40 minutes to give us slippers & had to call twice for it 4) we paid nearly $ 700 for 2 nights for a very disappointing service and bad value for money 5) have never stayed in any hotel where the overall expeeience is this bad

The location and parking facilities are great, except the elevators are slow. I didn't try the food service but the lobby coffee place looked very inviting.

We were there for a medical procedure at Penn Medicine. Everything was in walking distance, and the staff were super helpful. Whether you are there to visit family at Drexel or Penn, or for a medical need, or any other reason, this hotel is an excellent choice, Clean and comfortable accommodations, we will stay there again when the need arises.

Location, cleanliness, rooms were nice and updated. Loved the little terrace off the fitness center.
