The location of this property is near everything! The staff was the best. From beginning to end i enjoyed everything about my stay.

The property is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly. The check in staff rembered me from my last stay. They asked about how I was doing and even remembered my line of work. They have a bar at the end of the property where they have live music. The music is not my taste and can be loud. But it is over at a reasonable time. I just don’t like to eat my food there because it’s so loud.

Location, quiet, comfort. Problems with check in, attempted to overcharge for booking, staff seem untrained, unable to meet simple requests. Manager eventually fixed things

The beach, the pool, the view cannot be beat! Loved the availability of BBQs. The grounds are beautiful. The service is impeccable, everyone is so nice and helpful. We will be back!!

I love this property. Second time staying and it officially will be my first pick. The young lady that assisted with check was super professional and courteous. We loved the outdoor spaces and our rooms. Location is also a plus. I stayed in a new building and had a hard time finding where I was going. I would highly recommend ensuring all employees as part of their orientation, do a property tour so they are familiar and able to properly guide guests that may ask questions. I asked 4 different team members encountered (including housekeeping) and it was not until the 4th young man (F&B- so sorry I did not get his name), that I was able to get proper instructions. He actually ESCORTED me (walked while we drove). I hope to encounter him again so I can properly thank him.

Not enjoyable much anymore. Children have taken over the pool area/hot tubs and allowed to run wild making it hard as an older adult to find any small space. I have nothing against kids but the adults who pay good money to stay here have been forgotten.
