The location was good. The property was very old and outdated. Check out was 10am and most flights don’t leave until 3pm, wouldn’t allow an hour extra when asked for checkout.

Several shops, resturants and bars options. A side from being on top of the hill, the staff, I asked the girl at the front desk if anyone had turned in a passport. She seemed like she didnt want to be there and hated her job, she promptly said no. When I pushed her to look she seemed annoyed and call lost and found. Although, I found it in the room eventually, I was dissappointed with ther attitude. Not something I expected from a resort.

When we arrived, we were amazed by how well-equipped the apartment was. We especially liked that there were small shops (both souvenir stores and well-stocked grocery shops) and several restaurants within a five-minute walk. It really felt like a little city within a city. :) If you stay in the Beaumontia building, we highly recommend the D Pool area. From there, you can enjoy stunning sunset views and watch the local lizards roaming around. On our last day, we asked for a late check-out, and it was granted immediately without any hesitation. We were also pleasantly surprised that there were no additional charges. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Nice beach Make sure u get an aprartment facing the beach

The mattress was comfortable. Loved the patio. Great location. The air-conditioning was hard to control. The made us change rooms the last day, which was a pain in the butt. And the toilet didn't flush in the second room.

Location, pools and beach are very nice. Restaurants Ok. Services are good. We were unable to select a specific room when booking and ended up with the worst room in the property.

The staff were very efficient Really friendly Willing to please Especially in the lobby It was too huge Too much concrete I did not appreciate it was so vast a place when I booked. There was really nothing to fault- there was really nothing wrong Its just this is not the kind of place I would stay. Maybe I should have done more rsearch We only stayed one night arriving to go on a cruise ship

Great value for the price. Many pools and one had a swim up bar. The walk to the beach was a very steep hill.

Decent location. Room was old and tired

We really enjoyed all the on site restaurants. The resort has a nice beach with bar and chair, umbrella service. The rooms are quite spacious. The rooms we stayed at are not 5star. The toilet is same as in a airplane. Has a loud suction noise which can wake you up. No bath fan.

There was not anything to dislike

I always get a room by the Marina or at the Villas with a balcony looking at the beautiful Simpson Bay right out my window! Everything was perfect!
-
I found that the taxi driver was rude that took me to the ferry dock. She wore a Simpson Bay Resorts shirt I assume she is the assigned taxi. Just seemed to not want to be at work.

Beach Rooms old for price. Needs updating.

Everything was great except the inconvenience of switching rooms. We couldn’t get into our new room till 3pm because of
-
Close to the airport and friendly staff! Bigger than we thought, but we needed the walking.
-
Room was great. Did not use the pool and the location was great as well not applicable

Staff was generally great, but there were different things communicated about using the tennis courts. Upon check-in we were told no reservations are needed, but once we got to the court other staff indicated reservations were required. It ultimately ended up not being an issue us, but if there are times when courts are in high demand, it can be helpful for people to know the process to reserve courts upfront.
