The staff when I saw them were very friendly. Overall I didn't enjoy the location. The overall image of the hotel looked run down. With it being a business trip I was hoping for some basic amenities to purchase like toothpaste, mouthwash, brush, etc but they do not have a store, so all items had to be ordered (nitpicky but just wanted to share). While I wouldn't say that it looked dirty, a lot of the hotel simply looked old and outdated.
