Staff was friendly

Staff including the manager was rude.

Close to sport stadiums and other downtown spots. I liked that they had onsite paid parking with in/out privileges. Quiet room with darkening curtains was a plus.

We arrived early but were told a $25 early check in fee would be charged, we decided to go for a cocktail and enjoy $25 in drinks. The only elevator was not working for over a day so walking to the 3rd floor was a little on the painful side being a Disabled Veteran. I was a little upset that a parking fee was charged and not mentioned while booking the hotel. The fee should be mentioned in the hotel description.

Staff were friendly & helpful. No fan in the bathroom. The room AC didn't seem to work at first, but the staff got it working. Much appreciated in the Arizona heat!

Great breakfast, friendly staff, close to downtown and the sports venues.

Location. The rooms felt outdated. The pool wasn't available for use, so that was disappointing. Breakfast area is small, my family had to sit outside and done had to sit on the floor because there weren't enough chairs.

The only issue was Sunday night a homeless man came into the building naked and set off the fire alarm and was going after people with a fire extinguisher. Otherwise everything was great
