Best Western Plus Executive Residency Phoenix North Happy Valley

I loved everything about the hotel when I walked in, and I was greeted. He was very polite. Very nice very detailed about the service. The breakfast. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. They had coins for me to do my laundry. The whole experience was the best out of all the places I stayed on vacation.

We were very pleased with this place and will definitely return! Our room was spacious and nice. The shower was wonderful! They facility is not close enough to the freeway to hear the noise, that part was especially noticeable. And the breakfast, alright very typical, was enjoyable. The best part of breakfast was the fancy coffee machine! Thanks for a great stay. See you next time!

I would like to say this hotel is perfect for any type of stay! I started staying here last year for work and fell in love with the state and now building a home and come down once a month and stay at this hotel! They are super friendly and helpful love the pool and hot tub and the morning breakfast after a morning work out at the gym! Super awesome love it and central to everything in phoenix and the price doesn’t disappoint! Highly recommend!!

The Best Western plus was very nice and very clean plac3 the pool qnd weight room are very well taken care of. The second shift front desk gentleman was very polite and very helpful....and a very big soccer fan lol the breakfast was very good it had eggs, sausage and country potatoes plus the usual cold cereal and waffles they had a nice coffee/espresso machine that actually made decent cup of coffee....this hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with a walking mall very close with plenty of restaurants and stores......the only downside for me was the mattress but I broke my back years ago and I normally sleep on a firm mattress

Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. I've never been in prison what it felt what I pictured a prison bed to feel like. Also, the hot water in the shower was slightly above lukewarm at best

We checked in and was accidentally given a room that had already been assigned. The next room assignment the refrigerator was unplugged. We plugged it back in and then left for dinner. When we returned the refrigerator smelled funny and still was not cold. We informed the staff at checkout about the refrigerator. Otherwise, all other aspects of our stay was superb.
