Great hotel near the airport, clean rooms, great staff. The pool looked like it could use a good cleaning and the breakfast was not bad, but could've had more to offer.

The room was clean, Staff was kind and professional. Breakfast was not good. For the price it was more than worth it. I didn’t see bugs and I didn’t fear for my safety. Keep up the good work.

Was great stay at a great price. We were able to let the kids swim a few hours and they loved it. Not a big pool but was fine especially for the price. Staff was great.

Felt at home at the hotel, the front desk receptionist knew my name and was very pleasant and friendly ! Enjoyed my stay , and would definitely return.

This hotel has some sort of internal toxic culture. Both from desk ladies are extremely rude and inhospitable. When we arrived after a long flight there was no one at from desk at 1:30pm at 1:53pm a woman with a black wrinkled T-shirt and no name tag came out and said, Did you need something? I said we are a touch early can we check in? Her reply was curt, it's only 1:53pm, I can't check you in untill 2pm - we said ok, and had a seat, 10 min later I went up and a different lady said do you need something? I said I'd like to check in, she said she would not allow an early check at all without a choice rewards number, I asked if she could look it up by my name and she replied with a flat No and a look like, get out of my face. So I sat down for a moment and looked up my number and went back to the desk and she acted like she didn't know me and said again, do you need something? I said I found my choice number and was wondering if I could now check in? She begrudgingly checked me in without a word and no mention of the customary detail like wificode or breakfast time and location. Both ladies were extremely cold and indifferent like they hate their job and the property - the one lady said to the other, pit them in 312, it was a totally toxic vibe. When I got to the room I noticed it was a handicap room with a funky bathroom setup and a shower curtain that had been cut off with a scissor about 4 inches from the floor - flooding the bathroom when we took showers.

The room is clean, the staff are friendly but we skipped the breakfast, there’s hardly nothing there.

Very basic. Certainly worth the $71 I paid, but not much more. It’s in a desolate area. There isn’t much at the hotel (no restaurant, no food other than vending machines and a breakfast I didn’t take advantage of). My room was large but dark and a bit creepy. The AC wall unit wasn’t effective. There were people making noise in the hall but thankfully they stopped at around 11p. Bottom line: I hope I don’t have to stay there again but everything worked and I got my money’s worth.

We were ending our National Parks trip before catching our plane home. It was such a pleasure to find a clean and beautiful room to relax before the flight.

The room was clean and quiet

Carpet dirtying. Had carrots and stuff on it. Not well vacuumed. Mini fridge dirty. Sticky residue on desk. No hallway light. Air conditioner tried to work but it is Phoenix so hot room. Hallway loud from others. Staff were polite. There is an ice machine and water purifier near lobby.

The pool had scum all around the edges, same breakfast (or even less on some days) every day. However, one day they didn’t have coffee due to no one knowing how to load the machine,The bar looks nothing like the pics. You have to hunt for the front desk staff on evening shift. The are usually outside smoking. My room wasn’t serviced for 4 days.

The staff members were wonderful and the transportation to and from the airport was greatly appreciated.
