Hilton Phoenix Airport

I went to sleep early to prepare for a 3am wake up for the airport. A loud alarm woke me up at 920 pm (fire?) I could not get back to sleep. What is worse however is upon returning back from my trip, I was waiting for their shuttle (they say that it runs every 30 minutes) to return to the hotel to pick up my car.After 30 minutes I called and the mngr said he would send a shuttle. 25 minutes later i called again and the mngr said that the driver is going to wait for the dust storm to clear. Other hotel shuttles were running including phoenix airport hilton to Sedona and to Tucson, and many others including taxis and sky harbor airport parking. After another 30 minutes waiting i took the 3 mile ride back to the hotel in a taxi for $18 plus a tip. I a sked to be reimbursed for their awful customer service but the mngr said no, that the shuttle is on demand only and he cannot refund me. Needless to say i will not be staying again at the phoenix airport hilton on 47th st and university

The doors to the lobby are all shut early in the morning and I was trying to maneuver all the luggage for my mom and me. We ran into a guy who said he had been looking for the lobby for 10 minutes. We missed the shuttle and had to wait for the next one

Good service

Great room friendly staff

and all were closed even the Bar. I had not eaten and had been hoping to at least been able to order bar food.

Of 6 needed a place to relax for about 10 hours while waiting for our flight. The Hilton provided the comfort and amenities we needed.

1. The staff is very kind and helpful (shout out to Martin). 2. The room is great and comfy (needs minor plumbing attention but not a deal breaker) 3. The pool is clean and they provide fresh towels 4. Breakfast buffet was pretty good 5. Amazingly quiet for being so close to the airport 6. Super fast to get to/from PHX! (Via the free shuttle or ride share)

Clean room with friendly staff. Nice little shop for all your needs. Restaurant was convenient. Airport shuttle is great.

The rooms are outdated.

Great place overall. Rooms are clean and good have nice quality furniture and amenities. Restaurant and bar on site are way nicer than they should be for being at a hotel! I’ll probably eat there even if I’m not staying in the future. The honey chipotle wings are insanely good!

Had a little with drain in bathroom, other than that great place to stay, very,very close to the airport.

Amazing property! Shuttle runs every 30 min. Restaurant was amazing. Nice to not have to leave your hotel.
