We stayed one night after a flight at the Phoenix airport hotel and the hotel itself was fine and people were very courteous. Our issue was with the shuttle. As soon as our plane had landed and we were walking towards ground transportation, I placed a call to the hotel and spoke to Stephanie to let her know that we would like a shuttle and she told me exactly where to stand and they would be there in 10 minutes. We were out to that spot within five minutes and a van went by but never stopped so I called again at 11 PM which is 15 minutes later and she said they were probably picking up someone else and they would be to get us. By 1120 it’s now been 35 minutes. I called again and spoke to someone different who then said a van would be coming. At the 50 minute mark event did pull up and the driver was lovely and apologize for the delay. Other than that, the hotel was a Joy.

We had to wait a few hours until the pool was ready.

Great room although terrace was underwhelming. Fantastic staff both for check in and check out. Breakfast was great, also surprised that dinner was there too (I would have arrived earlier!). Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and beds were made and towels refreshed every day. I was able to get to the airport and back with ease and the staff was very easy to talk to and helpful and I enjoyed breakfast and loved the fresh popcorn every night and the kick back time. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The air conditioning sounds is really loud. I couldn’t sleep the whole night.

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was provided and room was clean and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pool was a little small for all the guests so I did not go swimming. However, others seemed to enjoy it. Other than that, it was nice.

The room had all the amenities mentioned. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. I would stay again if visiting phoenix

Clean room, great "happy hour" too! Enjoyed the G&T's and popcorn especially.

Ladonna at the front desk was amazing! Very thorough explanation of the shuttle service with a written copy of her explanation for us. Very nice lady!!

Very clean. Wonderful unique hotel. I loved the layout. Very comfortable beds and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t super impressed with the fridge, microwave, etc… but overall very enjoyable. Definitely would stay here again.

The free breakfast and dinner was an added bonus to our 2-night stay. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward our next visit in Nov 2026. Thank you, Lorenzo Talavera

Drury Inn was a great place to stay! They attended to our transportation needs to and from the airport, and they had a wonderful “Kick back” evening with free food and complimentary drinks! We were treated like royalty! Thanks!
