Did not get the room I booked! Hotel staff did nothing but state it was Expedia’s fault! Being an Hilton Honors member didn’t mean a thing. No complementary water nothing. Paid a lot of money for the wrong room - twice! 3 people in a room with 1 bed and a crappy uncomfortable pull out couch. 1st floor listening to traffic all night and a tub no good for a handicapped person. Would never stay there again!

Everything was pretty standard up until a few hours before check out. The shower head magically stopped working while taking a shower! Young girl downstairs could’ve cared less. She told me she was going to call maintenance and send them up. NO ONE CAME. So I didn’t get to take a shower!!! Ughhh despite that issue everything was alright. What a way to dampen the mood!

Room had empty shampoo bottles and conditioner. Also, our bed was dirty

Property was not very clean. Housekeeping was not done during our three night stay. AC unit was not functioning properly and the overall condition of the property was not up to the standards of Hampton Inn.

One morning after breakfast I asked the front desk how to get to the hotel and she seemed irritated. And then when it was time to check out the same front desk just said “you can just leave the key right there”
