Staff were super helpful and everything was clean! We were able to use a complimentary pack n play for our daughter and also the kitchenette was very useful!

We booked the apartment-style room with one sofa bed outside but it wasn't set-up when we get there.. Also the bathroom is kind of a bummer. There's a sliding door towards the living room and towards the bedroom, but they have gaps so it wasn't totally convenient. The body wash and shampoo was basically empty after a few pump and by the time we got there, I think there's no housekeeping anymore. The breakfast bar is great though, overall it was an okay experience to get through the night before our flight the next day.

Very comfortable!

The hotel was very convenient for a 7 day stay. Was close to the airport. Was clean, well maintained and was a great price. Will 100% be returning when I come back to Phoenix.

The property was very clean, great amenities and close to airport. Our only complaint is for a newer hotel, it lacks sound proofing...we heard the people upstairs until midnight and you could hear doors open and close...but the property was very nice. I do want to make special mention of Warren at the Front Desk..he got bombarded by people coming from airport with canceled flights and for over 2 hours he had a line of people to the entrance and handled it all by himself and in a very pleasant manner...I was doing laundry in lobby facility, so I witnessed it all. Great job Warren.

I checked in late and my room was ready so I was able to relax for a bit before I went out again for late dinner. The place was quiet and was able to sleep good without any disturbance from the room next to me. It was a great experience.

Food was good, room was comfy and location to airport was great. Would recommend!

Staff are always friendly Our room had mold in the shower, carpet had huge stains, and there was hair on the dresser counter. Bed was also uncomfortable.

It was easy to find. The room had so many amenities. And the front check in staff was very nice while being efficient! And it had a smart tv.

Clean room except for one cockroach but that could have been a rogue one from outside. It happens! Breakfast was pretty decent too!
