One of the things was the delicious breakfast! Some of the best we have ever had at a motel1

The only downside was the lack of an on-site guest laundry. Other than that minor wrinkle, it was a smooth, reliable trip. I'd likely stay there again.

Very nice clean and peaceful only thing I didn’t like is that I had called a week or 2 before my stay and called the hotel to ask them if they were dog friendly the gentleman on the phone said yes that just to let them know when I arrive so they can give me a door tag saying that there was a dog there I asked about any kind of fee and I was told NO but when I checked into my room they told me that there is a $75.00 fee for my dog I told them what the gentleman had told me when I had called and they told me nope that there’s a fee and it doesn’t

The hotel property is very well maintained and cleaned, I don't think I saw anything that was out of line. The staff, especially, were very helpful even when I didn't need them to be. One staff member would check-in with me daily to see if I was okay and if I needed anything, I've never had a hotel do that before. Overall, the hotel was very accommodating and well worth the price for all that was offered.

The location is excellent, and the staff is always friendly. The bed is also comfortable and has everything we need. I didn’t have any dyslexics about the property however it will probably need some upgrades soon with the common areas.

When I checked into the hotel a man followed me from the lobby to my room, then aggressively tried to get into my room, and then stayed in the hallway for a long time. The phone in my room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk. When I finally figured out how to reach the front desk through my cell and navigating through an automated system the staff pretended to know exactly who the person was, said they had the wrong room and that they helped them find their room. Except that couldn't have happened because the man was still in the hallway. At that point I decided I couldn't stay there it was an unsafe place. They did send an employee to my room to escort me out of the hotel. It was an unfortunate situation and the staff lying to me makes them untrustworthy and made me feel more unsafe.

My room was large and the air conditioning worked wonderfully in the 112 degree heat- which I was worried about! Beds were super comfy and had great pillows! Overall it was fine but the hotel itself felt pretty rundown- could use a few updates. For the value it was good.

Tub was backed up. Took a shower in 2 feet of water. Took them all day to get it unclogged. I got housekeeping every other day and they just fixed rhe bed and didn’t change sheets and did not sweep or vacuum. Restroom floor was very dirty especially from the plumber leaving a mess. My daughter had to scrub the tub herself. Staff was very friendly.

Fantastic property in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping but quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options.
