Sonesta Select Phoenix Camelback

The place was clean and staff was friendly, only thing I hated was i asked for a balcony and i got an enclosed balcony and it was so hot!!

The carpet in hallways and elevator needed vacuuming and were in dire need of cleaning. Rooms needed carpet replaced or deep cleaned. Amenities were nice and breakfast bar was closed Sunday. Staff was very nice

Spacious room. Very close to my work but also in the middle of a great shopping and resturant area.

Difficult finding at first as it's kind of tucked back behind other small business but friendly staff, very clean. Bed was kind of hard. Would stay again!

The location is excellent. Most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are a few who need coaching on how to interact with guests. The mini store is convenient. I stay here because the good slightly beats out the bad. The power went out and there was no backup generator. After hours of a power outage around midnight, the top-floor room got very hot. I could not sleep. The staff (gentlemen) at the front desk were not sympathetic in the least. There was no breakfast. There's an option to buy a "Starbucks" coffee which is just Starbucks beans in an off-brand machine at the cost of real Starbucks. The tiny muffin was $5, the most expensive small muffin I've seen. The carpet in the rooms is dirty. Turns your bare feet black. Compared to newer hotels, this is below par in terms of room cleanliness, breakfast, features, etc., but it's certainly not the bottom of the class.

Loved the location! It was so great having coffee, food, shopping all close and a short 10 min drive to the stadium where our concert was. We felt super safe as well. We really didn’t have any dislikes, except maybe larger TVs but I mean really that’s not a big deal at all.

Noticed blood stain on sheet that did not come from anyone in our room.

Ordered pancakes paid $11.00 for cold frozen pancakes was very disappointed. Will not do that again! But over all good hotel will book again!

Located near many restaurants within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice workout room, ice water in lobby, ice machine near lobby, and many comfortable chairs in lobby. Liked having a bathtub/ shower. Parking is free with your permit, given at checkout. You need to ask for room cleaning. Breakfast items and Starbucks available for a fee. Enjoyed my stay.

The front desk clerks were all very friendly and helpful. Janetris cleaned our Hotel room and she did a great job. Janetris was very helpful when we needed something and was very friendly and a lovely person!!! The only 2 things that could be improved that I saw is one of the luggage carts needs to be fixed or retired. It was very difficult to us the luggage cart we used that was the only one available. The elevators could use to be vacuumed more. The exercise room is immaculate and has a great choice of Treadmill, two different ellipticals and a bike and many free weights, a weight machine for arms etc. overall the property was very clean and well kept. The down stairs lobby is a great place to relax , watch tv , there is a desk area, table and chairs to eat the food we brought. We were given more coffee for our room when needed. Thank you Sonesta Select and your employees for a great stay and for being so accommodating. The bed was very comfortable!!! If anything is needed extra towels or blanket , just ask and you are served. May you all have a great life.🤗

The front lobby, patio area and pool area looked amazing. Room was good. The side entryways and the hallways could use some updating. The hotel is very conveniently located next to a shopping center with restaurants, grocery stores, gym and more. Would stay there again.

Location was exceptional, not too far from highways and interstate. Downtown area not far from hotel. The cleanliness of the whole facility was perfect, rooms were very comfortable to our expectations and some. Front desk personnel was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again. Thank you Sonesta for the great stay A/C unit in room was blowing out warm air and couldn't get the room to cool down. But then you to the maintenance and personnel there..was worked on promptly and was fixed. No other issue but an easy fix. Thanks again
