Extremely helpful staff - great location near Phoenix Children’s Hospital

The property was very quiet and in a good part of the city. The mattress was just right, medium firm and comfy. Even the bathroom itself was actually spacious also with a combo shower and tub. I would definitely stay here again

Stayed at the Sonesta just needing a quick overnight hotel. I can’t speak to the amenities, however the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spacious and clean with everything we needed, and the location was easy to find and conveniently located. Will definitely be back.

There had been extensive updates to the hotel which were well done. Elevator carpet still needs to be replaced & sadly it looks like the house keeping carts have damaged the nice new wallpaper in the halls. Boo. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My biggest critique is there was too much oversized furniture in the room & inefficiently arranged so nowhere for ur bags. Nice small balcony needed to be cleaned from the pigeons. It worked really well for us 👍

Front desk staff at check-in on June 22 around 5:30 pm was very nice with great customer service.

Decent hotel but a bit aged. Also found some food crumbs on the table from a previous guest. Wifi was unreliable. Parking is good and access was easy. Great shopping in walking distance.

The bed was really comfortable and the area was nice.

Breakfast was good, no complaint...need more options The hotel was great, loved the free parking, the front desk was helpful and the hospitality team was polite and approachable. the sleeping room was a good size, although I did not agree with the pool times, the pool area should add at least 2 additional hours for guests who work arrive about 6pm to enjoy the pool after work hours (open until 9pm). Oftentimes the pool area would be locked BEFORE the closing time.

Beautiful quite hotel. But the lady at front desk had an attitude.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. It was also quiet. No kids running around, no stomping from the upstairs guests, and the AC was not ridiculously loud. Located in a quiet area. The onsite cafe had very tasty food. I would definitely stay again.
