Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North

Would love to have stayed longer at the lovely hotel, but we only stayed over passing through the airport.

The shower was old there was no hand soap. The beds were comfortable and the room not too bad. It was just the bathroom.

Rude front desk person when I arrived. When I was told that there was a parking fee I mentioned that I needed to check the booking details; she felt the need to sternly say I was wrong multiple times without any reason to do so. She seemed to think she was talking to a child. On the positive side, the lady looking after the dinning room, was extremely pleasant and treated me nicely; completely different interaction. Two completely different and out of the ordinate experiences. And finally, I parked under a tree on the last night and came out to find the front of the car completely covered in bird droppings. That spot should be blocked from access.

We arrived for a one night stay since we had a flight to catch at 6 in the morning. E arrived a bit after 7pm. We showered, ate and tried to get some sleep. By 10pm our room was still too warm to be comfortable. The AC was set to its lowest setting and not blowing cold. I went to the front desk and explained our issue and was told, it's just because it's been hot out and needs time to cool down. I explained to her I am a refrigeration technician and the compressor was not kicking on, and that we needed another room. We had to change rooms and move down 2 floors at almost 11pm. The second room we received was colder with the AC not running, however the cold water knob on the sink continuously leaked water when turned on all over the counter. The tub lining was damaged in multiple places showing rust and mold. Neither room had a working exhaust fan in the bathroom so showering turned it into a sauna within minutes. The walls in the bathrooms are wrapped in a vinyl coating that beads water off of them from all of the condensation and makes the floors dangerously slippery. Terrible experience. I've had better rooms at a Super 8.

The room just had the smell of cats that were spraying in the room. I had to go buy air freshener.

There was 2 problems with the room we had the bed frame made noises like it was going to break and shower head need to be replaced but.actually everything else was great I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice view and nice room

This hotel has the most welcoming, helpful staff I’ve ever experienced. They made me feel like a truly valued guest. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The A/C wonderfully cool on a hot day. I got a great night’s sleep and was refreshed for my drive north. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I’ll be back.

Easy to get to the airport, and a few minutes away from Scottsdale which was a nice stop! Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent and the hotel bar area was nice as well

Just a quick stop in between flights but the rooms were nice, and clean.

Great place for overnight stay before needing to get to airport next day. They have 24/7 airport shuttle.

Shuttle was 20 minutes late to the airport, staff offered no explanation or concern.
