Checking in late in the evening, we were told there was no Room Service water in the room so we had to go get bottles ourselves - free - from the sales refrigerator. The room was nice and decent, the view overlooking a car junkyard, as but we found out late that night the following day there is no room service till checkout. This contradicts the signs saying if you want to help out the environment, hand this sign outside at night, we won't clean your room and you earn 500 points. We had to go to the front desk for extra towels. Breakfast was free and only OK for an all machine service meal.

Room was nice, price was great, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Some of the carpets around the elevators could use a cleaning as well as inside the elevators but overall it was a nice stay. I give it a 7 out of 10

Clean room, good continental breakfast, small snack bar/emergency supplies available, pool, 24 hour small gym and laundry room. Hall carpet was not in the best shape and smelled a little odd but didn’t extend to the room. Walk back from baseball stadium included pretty open areas, but a little isolated, some vagrants.

The TV chromecast didn’t work to cast YouTube from my phone

Easy check in and the rooms are nice and comfy. The microwave and fridge in room is a plus. Awesome breakfast buffet selection!

This hotel is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I find the bed comfortable, the room clean and good size. The surrounding area leaves a little to be desired but I always feel safe here. There is a small pool and gym and free breakfast, that is really good, everyday. If your travels take you to the downtown Phoenix area or you need to be near the capitol area I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was so so clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent!
