The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly, but having to pay to park your car everyday just added extra expense to the trip.

Close to Chase Field, we were able to walk there from the hotel. Very convenient.

The room was great. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that they require valet parking with no self-park option.

The stay was fine until one night we tried to get back to our hotel. This property is in downtown Phoenix and we selected it because it was walking distance to the convention center - where we needed to attend a volleyball tournament. However, on a Tuesday night, there was a concert at the Mortage Center near the hotel. All roads surrounding the property were closed and we couldn’t get back to the hotel at 11:30pm at night. I called the front desk who then informed me of the concert. There was nothing we could do as all the road barriers were up. I just wished we were given some warning by the hotel about the event and possible road closures. It’s been over an hour and we still can’t get back to the hotel. Had there been a warning about the concert by the hotel, we would’ve gotten back to the hotel sooner. This experience was horrible.

On first sight the room was very clean and new right away I made the right choice to stay here. Hall way was clean, breakfast area very clean and breakfast was good enough and coffee was good and hot. Other travelers were well dressed and polite and friendly. The walk back from the baseball game was very safe, police presence was everywhere.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Room was spacious and the environment was busy but everyone respectful of each other. No trash anywhere, not in the common area, not in the gym, not in the hallway.

Super clean rooms, comfortable beds, great staff. Would most definitely stay here again on the future.
