Staff are really nice and positive. Room was clean and spacious. Bar was fun at night and family friendly. Bartender made a virgin sherry temple and made her feel cool to sit at the bar lol. From the window we can see the basketball team leaving the garage so we walked across the street and got photos and autographs with some of the players. The location is my favorite part of this place tbh. It’s 20 steps from our hotel to the South entrance for the NBA/WNBA games and a 30sec walk to the Diamondback baseball games. Will book here again for future game nights!

Hotel was clean upon entering, as was our room. We had no issues with housekeeping or needing anything. Hotel breakfast was standard, but enjoyable!

This is such a great location for going to an event at Chase field! I don’t even want to tell anyone about it! Close to restaurants and great amenities! Breakfast is good and they have good coffee too! Yes, I’m staying here again!

The check in staff was not very friendly or helpful but the night staff very helpful and friendly. The room outlets did not work or the garbage disposal did not work. Great view and convenient to the arena

Parking is a tad high. We had a two room suite and that was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Very clean rooms. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was typical. I have stayed here before with no problems and I recommend. It does suck being forced to use valet when they literally just pull the car to the back of the building and park it in a lot. I guess they need to make some extra money.

Enjoyed our brief stay especially close easy access to concert venue.

Great location and the staff was friendly.

Comfortable beds, clean and modern, directly across the street from the mortgage matchup center. The breakfast had hot and cold options, not just bagels. Fitness room was new and full of natural light, not your typical hotel dungeon. I would stay here again.

This place was great. Staff were very nice. The only thing was that the cap to the body soap was broken off and I couldn’t get any soap out.

Great hotel. We saw a concert across the street at Mortgage Matchup. It was nice to be able to not drive after and walk across the street. Amy

The valet parking was absolutely ridiculous. No ramp, and parking our truck down the street. The whole place is valet it's called do it yourself . Over charged
