Residence Inn Phoenix Downtown

The only criticism I have was the bathroom door would not close. I reported it to the front desk. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice to have a full sized refrigerator and everything we could need in the kitchen. Breakfast was tasty. Location was perfect for our needs.

Everything is great except paying $45 per night to park when you have already paid for the room.

We came here to attend a concert at Matchup. The stay was fabulous—-great staff, great room, great breakfast and breakfast area in the morning. The hotel bar was also a really fun experience with friendly service and good food and drinks. 10/10!

Overall, I would recommend this place to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The stay was nice. We had trouble with the A/C in the first room but then they switched us to a different room with no problems

Beautiful hotel, within walking distance to everything, free breakfast (not the best but it was free). The cost for parking .. 45$ for your guests is crazy !

This is a great place to stay if traveling with small children. Staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and it was nice to have the small kitchenette. The pool was nice for the kids to cool down in the afternoon. Proximity to the light rail stop and a large grocery store was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent. They had oatmilk and a nice selection of hot breakfast items! We enjoyed eggs several different ways...scrambled eggs, quiche, frittata, and hard boiled eggs. There was also fresh, fruit, dried cereal, oatmeal, and bagels.
