Toilet plugged no towels 3 days I stayed

Room was filthy floor boards were loose and trip hazard bathtub had rust stains toilet seat was not clean had stains no trash can had only 1 set of towels no refrigerator no microwave This has been the worst experience I had in 61 years. They did refund the stay so that was the right thing but they needed to know.

Avoid this place! It is a transition housing for homeless. The place is absolutely disgusting. They didn't wash sheets, didn't clean the toilet for who who knows how long. It is being changed to a Super 8 but no way they gonna help this place! Meth capital of the area. Pool hasn't been active in at least a year. Wait till you see the photos I have, I'll post if this site lets me.

Receptionist very but very poorly dressed. Room not to clean, however no towel and tub was dirty. No inside latch for security. Asked for another towel they did not have extra. Dint know why is it in Expedia still. Will not recomend this hotel at all

The bed was broken. The bathtub was stained and questionable to step not. The one chair in the room was not very functional. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. Staff was helpful but facility left lots to be desired and the pool was closed

Was filthy and disgusting, never stay here!! Roaches and it smelled and homeless everywhere, staff was very rude and did not want to give me refund. It was very unsafe they give more than one key to different people so anyone can basically walk into ur room, that is not okay!!

Nothing! The room was not ready as promised. There was a roach, no soap, no body wash, no shampoo, no extra pillows, and no blanket. The toilet did not flush, and it was loose from the floor. The shower was dirty, and there was no bath or face towels. The front door frame was broken, and there was no inside lock on the door.The matresses were still covered with plastic, which the maid just put a sheet over it. The floor was dirty, and there was no wifi or TV as promised when booking was made. Finally, the lighting was poor and un safe.This is the worst Super 8 motel i have ever stayed in. I want my money back. I will be calling you for a refund.

The tub had cigarette burns, bathroom door handle was broken, sink counter had ampiece ripped off, door was damaged but did close.

The photos are not recent at all. It is not clean looking or safe-feeling. I ended up requesting a refund because I was not comfortable staying there. It is also under a different company name too so the Expedia website for it is not up to date. The front desk staff was super nice and understanding and told me I would get a full refund.
