WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Phoenix - N. Happy Valley

Property was clean and smelled wonderful. The outdoor furniture was more than a little worn, but effective.

The room was quiet but wasn't as clean as it should've been (beer bottle cap behind the couch throw pillow, hair on the bathroom floor, surface of the stovetop had baked-on debris ). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice. Could not get Netflix to work on tv and no staff could help. Nice pool.

I paid for my stay ahead of time, $1077. We checked out early do a refund of $511, this has been since March and we still haven’t got the refund. I called the management initially talked to them, called again, a couple of times with no response. Now I’ve gone to my bank to dispute the charge and I’m still not getting my refund. The hotel was just average and after this I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Location The floor in the room was filthy. We couldn't use the pool because it was so dirty. Their was no one at the front desk most of the time.

Loved our stay! Spacious nice clean room. Enjoyed the balcony and kitchen. Excellent in every area, including cost of stay.

Staff at the front desk very friendly, courteous, and professional. The check-in process was quick and very efficient.

Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently. It’s hard for a place not to get run down and smelly with this many animals, it is taking a toll. The other problem is the room cleaning. They admitted at the counter they have a “big problem” with it. The problem is asking for and scheduling a cleaning and they just don’t come. The crew will say you have to have the card off , well we all know this, so you’re not teaching us anything. Just do your job. Very frustrating when you are counting on it.

The front desk staff was great. The housekeeping was pushing us to check out. Check out isn’t until 12noon and our baby was sleeping. We had plenty of time before check out. We cleaned our apartment daily and washed our towels so we had clean ones. We did not see any housekeeping in our apartment for the 8 nights we were there. Until the day w e had to check out. The pool was great. Warm and good size.

The rooms were nice.There were full kitchens. The only issue I had was, it had a really strong smell in the hotel. It was either air freshener or some type of neutralizer, but it was too strong.It started giving me a headache, and I had to switch from the second floor to the first floor which was a little bit better. Upon checkout, when I spoke with the manager, he had said they use a neutralizer.Because of when people cook strong smelling foods, it lingers, which makes sense. Otherwise, a lot of the shopping and food places are real.Close by and easy to get to.So it was a really good location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you.

i loved my room and how well insulated the rooms were . i couldn’t hear my neighbors often and i was never woke up by outside noise like i have in other hotels. i love the laundry machine and the kitchenware ! the kitchenware was on a class of it’s own ! i love to cook! they even have to go to glassware . 10/10 mini kitchen :)
