Room Carpet was disgusting, the toilet had dry piss on the underside. While checking in the lady had given my room to someone else so it took about 30 minutes for them to figure this out abd give me a room.

So much room clean quiet beautiful landscape amazing staff super yummy breakfast lots of games to play with kids in game room pool and bq night was a hit with the kiddo Not a single thing I will book all my travel stay at this place Everytime

A lovely hotel to look at. Good free parking. The room was well appointed with large fridge freezer, microwave, sink, dish washer and ample cutlery and cooking equipment. Breakfast was ok but would benefit from some proper fresh fruits apart from a banana. Also muesli and natural yoghurt for me would have been nice. There was always scrambled egg, bacon or sausages,biscuits and a sauce which everyone seemed to choose. It was within walking distance to Walmart and Khols and there were so many eateries in the area although we didn't use them

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Staff made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. The lobby was spacious and clean. I was able to fit in a workout, too. I'm not sure that I liked the fitness room right in front of the lobby.

Upon check in, I was greated by a young man named Josh. This young man should receive a promotion at the least. I was informed by the manager ashley that this was an upscale hilton hotel. Let me show you how upscale this hotel is. I have pictures that will make you puke. The manager Ashley made several accusations about my family. I'm making a mess in the stairwell. That was not my family, nor would we live like that! The mess was from animals uraninating, and pooping on towels. I actually accounted for every towel in both our rooms plus two extra tells that were from the pool.
