Curtains too small, all windows are faced east and a lot of light in morning. On dinner, no tap water. Need to buy 1L gor 4.5 EUR

Resort was lovely, like our first visit. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facilities are beautiful, spacious, clean bright. Brewakfast was fantastic, lots to choose from and replenished often. Even though we were upgraded to a sea view, the room and bathroom was a bit dated. Our king room sea view last year was much nicer than what this seemed like a family room sea view.

Not enough thought about details and facilities in the room.e.g.tissue box ,toilet doors,no sign of no disturb,water bottles weren't replaced,no.place to hang towels...

I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the entire team made it an unforgettable experience. The room was beautiful, and everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would especially like to thank Anna at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She truly made me feel special. Thank you all for making my birthday so memorable! We will definitely come again ? The food can be better

The showers had excellent water pressure, the rooms were very modern and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent.

The stuff was most helpful and friendly and they proactively offered assistance or friendly offers, like offering fresh beach towels without us bringing the used ones that were in the room . Breakfast buffet was excellent with a large variety of choices. The beach was readily accessible with lots of umbrellas and beach reclining chairs There was a large private parking area opposite the hotel front door. There weee plenty of easy parking spaces at any time of the day or evening We were also offered a free room upgrade with private pool There was nothing that we did not like

Great stay to have some peace and quiet We ordered our rooms with all inclusive But there was not any drinks and snacks between breakfast and lunch, between lunch and dinner Also, water is not for free at all meals With kids it's not comfortable..

Breakfast and dinner with big variety of dishes mainly from greek and local cuisine at excellent quality. Very polite and smiling staff at all the positions. Central position with road access to almost all the magnificent island beaches. Wine list without value for money approach, preventing guests to try the Greek wines.

Really, not a lot. One can always argue about food but that was at least good value...

All girls from the reception desk were very kind . Hi We booked this hotel because we are tennis players . The tennis court was not usable. We raised the issue with reception; the manager was informed but simply shrugged his shoulders, saying there was nothing he could do. We even suggested he contact the neighboring hotel, which has two playable courts, to arrange something so that we could still play. Unfortunately, he completely ignored us, until the last day ! Very disappointing for a service that should not be advertised if it doesn’t exist. Breakfast was also quite underwhelming — limited variety and no changes from one day to the next. Overall, this feels more like a 4-star hotel rather than the 5 stars it claims. The fact that it is located on a small island without competition does not justify its 5-star rating

Excellent location (on the beach and short driving distance from the city), plenty of restaurants and mini markets (walking distance), 3 pools, very clean, helpful staff, free parking opposite the hotel. The food

Updated room. Nice view. The Indonesian employees are the most friendly and helpful people. Pool towels and chairs provided. Shop and coffee bar on main floor. Baby playpen provided. I stayed for 13 days and can recall the sheets being changed 3 times… for 300 euros a night, I would like to have fresh linen because of the pool and beach. The breakfast is absolutely disgusting. Had yogurt, had to take a plastic wrapper out of my mouth. The lunch buffet had food that was supposed to be hot but was ice cold! Not even worth waking up for the breakfast or even eating from the hotel.

The food and location were great. The staff was incredibly friendly. The bed was originally a little hard but they provided us with a topper so all was good in the end.

The breakfast was excellent! Custom omelettes, fruit, meats, cheeses, coffees, etc. It finished a bit soon at 10am, since we stay out late while on vacation, and it's a bit challenging to make the 7-10 time slot. Parking was unpaved

Beautiful property! Excellent location to get in and around the main town of Pigadia and also feel like you are in a unique resort area. Very spacious, cleanand exceptional amenities. Everything we needed and could have wanted. Rooms were very large, comfy and clean. Wonderful views from anywhere in the building. Staff were amazing! Always someone available and very helpful. Very professional and friendly too. Dining was great. We had breakfast every day and always tasty with a huge selection for everyone. Always stocked and lots of staff to help you. Pools are beautiful. Lots of choices. Spa and sauna was very nice. Major perk was having own private beach front right here. Clean and quiet- and free to guests. The other beaches(umbrella rentals) are very expensive, overcrowded and not as clean so we desired something easy and convenient. Very reasonably priced for the resort experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and “Filoxenia”. We travel to Karpathos often and have found our new favorite place.

The facilities were nice, especially the multiple pools, and beach area.We were upgraded to a sea view room in the newer building, which was very nice. The dinner food was a different theme each night, and decent! Not a five star resort, at best 4. There were some minor, yet weird issues. At the dinner buffet, there are no beverages. I don't mean no alcohol, I mean no beverages at all (not even tap water), so you are forced to buy a bottle of water, which was $8. It wasn't that big of a deal, but I've never been to an included buffet at hotel with no beverages. Oddly, they did have water, juice, milk, coffee during breakfast. Also about the dinner buffet, there is a dress code: no flip flops, shorts, hats, etc. After entering (not seeing the dress code sign), we were told to leave and change. No problem. The next night I saw several people there eating in flip flops and shorts and hats who were not told to change.

Great location, has everything. Friendly staff. Awesome beach and 3 separate pools. You can find sun or shade. Easy and relaxing walk to town. Breakfast ends early, 10 am, so don’t sleep in if you are a breakfast eater

The Breakfast and especially the dinner could have been much better. In the "Off season" period the hotel could have less but higher quality (& most importantly fresher) options.
