Elevator took forever but other than that no complaints

The room had a definite odor, we asked for a different room and it was the same. Breakfast was good. We had to park in the grass because they ran out of room. Overall the hotel is a little run down, we stayed there because it was rated 9.0 but it was definitely not Excellent. Lots of things needed repair. Staff was nice for sure, just an older hotel that needs updating.

Really happy with our stay. The room was clean, in great shape and comfortable. The only issue is it seems like there was and issue with someone whose vehicle was too large to go under the pass to the rear parking lot and damaged the ceiling area other than that everything was perfect, and the location was great it was easy to get out and go to either side of the main highway and lots of restaurants and entertainment in close proximity. Highly recommend this location

We got home and checked our bank account. We were charged a 100.00 fee for smoking in the room. We are non smokers’. The desk clerk said they found ashes and cigarette buts on our balcony. We never used the balcony. Also said they smelled smoke in our room! Non of our clothes smelled of smoke so they obviously lied. The only thing that could possibly happen was service guy that repaired or ac smoked while we were gone. Either that or the hotel rips people off

It was super clean, not a lot of amenities which isn’t what we were looking for anyways so that was fine with us. There is a pool (open from 10a-10p) and breakfast(7a-10a). When we booked our room, we paid extra for a balcony and expected it to be looking over the main strip, we ended up having a balcony that looked into the parking lot and into a subdivision. Parking is slim pickens and could be difficult for a large vehicle or big truck. The TV in our room didn’t work, we didn’t bother asking because we weren’t going to be in the room much. Just a couple things i would’ve liked to have known before booking.

The room looked recently refurbished. Everything was clean. We loved the balcony and hot tub.

Had a damp feel to it. My clothes I had hung up felt damp the next morning when I went to put them on. The bed sheets and pillows felt damp as well. Had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes and tissue paper. Maid service didn’t take our trash out until the day before we left. We got there on Thursday. Looked like they had a leak before, the wall right outside our room was damaged and behind the wallpaper the wall looked rotted. My parents stayed in a separate room them us, and someone walked halfway into their room at 1:30 am and turned around and went back out. They couldn’t tell who it was. That was so scary. They had to get their key card reactivated the next day because that person that walked into their room activated a key card to their room. Had to be someone that worked there. We definitely won’t be back to this property.

Breakfast options were awesome and on this alone I would stay here again. Affordable hotel rates as well. Beds super comfortable and clean. Shower was nice. What could have been better: Vacuuming in rooms as they missed a big toenail and edges of room were a bit dusty. Room also smelled a bit musty like it was previously a smoking room years ago. This said, staff was friendly and helpful, and answered any questions I had. Parking was also neat as it is protected underground from the elements.

Only issues is the parking and wifi connection.

We loved staying here. My child has already asked if we can stay here again the next time we come to the mountains. It’s very convenient to the outlets, which was our main goal. The parking was always plentiful and the elevator is a short walk away. The breakfast every morning was great. We booked a loft room, which my child loved. The staff is very nice and helpful if you need anything. We would definitely book again!

Nice place to stay.

Make sure you have all of your property before leaving your hotel because they will lie like nothing was left and the room and they don't care to be bothered about the situation and the breakfast should have more options
