It was clean and comfortable Parking. If you leave to go do something at night your handicapped parking spot will be gone

Great location and clean rooms with comfy beds! Not much noise to be right on the strip. Will stay again! Breakfast didn't have many options mostly cereal toast and waffles. Would like to maybe see eggs and a choice of meat.

Lame breakfast and pool had a film of grease on top of the water. Cleanliness was spot on! Very clean.

Dirty shower had mold in it blankets had burn holes Rude staff stained up towels and was rags refused to clean room and bring towels and wash rags had to call desk to get stuff because they didn’t clean the room and told me to come get them if I wanted towels and wash rags

The curtains were torn, the bread spread had so many strings that they kept catching your feet, the hotel needs updated The property is very old and outdated

I like the convenience of the location being minutes away from the outlet as well as the amusement areas. It was also not too far from Gatlinburg as well. Free breakfast was a plus especially in this price range. My wife and I couldn’t handle a shower at this place but to each their own. I didn’t like how it wasn’t as clean as I hoped it was but it was, but for the price you couldn’t beat it. It’s a bit outdated but I don’t blame them you don’t fix what isn’t broken

Location. Clean. Great bed. Coffee. 180 CHANNELS and good Movies! HBO. FREE continental breakfast No bottled water in room. Only one real coffee pak? Neighbour talking in outside hall next to my room late. The lady in the office had no idea how to give me credit for my stay to join for points while I was there checking out????
