Our stay was good. We had a non smoking room but the chair was stained and had a cigarette burn in it. The bed spread also had a cigarette burn. But other than that it was clean and had a good breakfast.

Shower bar not attached to wall. Charged me an upgrade because that is all they had. Told me to book on Expedia then said she didn’t have rooms left so I had to pay extra for the ground floor. Never had problems with this hotel in the past until this time.

Location friendly staff and room was overall clean Pool was small and old Breakfast was absolutly horrible we like paying extra for hotels with breakfast to save our family m9ney and from eating out more and it was gross and minimal my 8 year joked that the bagles tasted like cardboard table the juice was watered down and flavorless the waffle mix was not good theres no creamer for the coffee the elevator smelled the entire 3.5 days we were there

Absolutely nothing. Everything. From the moment I got there the receptionist was absolutely rude. The manager lied about leaving so she wouldn’t help me when I had questions. When I came out she was outside arguing with others. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes, I left as soon as I open the door. Looked like the sheets had been used. Just over all rudeness and nasty rooms

Absolutely nothing !!!!! The property was terrible, we checked in after a long day at Dollywood (10pm) and just wanted to shower and rest. The room was gross, had not been cleaned properly, bed was dirty, sheets had stains, comforter had burn holes, the floors was nasty and dirty, the lamp shades had stains and mold, bugs crawling and flying around the room. The front desk lady was rude and not at all helpful, we did not stay, left immediately and was not given a refund. Would never recommend. (They also resold our room so they made double on it for the night after we left) terrible customer service. Gross rooms. Worst experience of trip!
