Reviews
-
Excellent location for Dollywood and other tourist spots in pigeon forge; lots of restaurants are nearby.
-
Clean room, friendly staff, would stay here again
-
The lady at the front desk was so rude, very unprofessional, disrespectful and the room was not clean. The pool water was brown and not clean
-
Everywhere else we looked in proximity, was booked up. The attendant offered a spray which I took, but I didn’t use as it would exacerbate the situation with my breathing the second room he told me I could look at on the first floor had pets yet it was just as Moody too I personally would like some type of compensation for the miserable conditions that I had to sleep in As far as the staff member himself, he didn’t stand up and greet us. He just sat on the chair, maybe that’s OK with the employer, but from a customer service standpoint not a good look! I don’t know if you all will be willing to switch the meat for breakfast, but that would be a great start.

Value for the price was worth it Very noisy!!! Room was on second floor below the breakfast area and all you could hear was chairs being drug across the floor- no way of sleeping in.

The staff was excellent. The property outside was well maintained. The property inside was very clean, but definitely needed to painted. My only complaint was that there wasn’t a workout/fitness room. Other than that our stay was excellent!
-
Nice place, clean rooms, the breakfast was good . My only complaint is that we were there for a week and had to keep our clothes in our suitcases because the room didn't have a closet or a dresser.

The location was nice Our room smelt like urine, we let the front desk know, but they said it was due to the heaters. Even so, the room smelt really bad our entire stay. There were cob webs and the dead spiders, hair in the bathroom floor that’s wasn’t ours. Overall it didn’t feel clean.
