Staff was friendly Misleading. Said there was a pool and there wasn't one. Bathroom light was falling down. Floor was dirty. Had to go to office everyday and ask for towels. Shower was dirty. I had a service dog and they charged me 20.00 a night for her. I would like a refund of my money. I definitely won't stay there again

Location I was disappointed with my stay because I found ants in my hotel room. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a hotel experience, and this issue made me uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses the problem and improves pest control and housekeeping so future guests have a better experience.

Nothing We didn’t stay. The lobby had roaches on the wall. There were vagrants outside hovering at the door

The price and location in relativity to the rest of the strip. The cockroach that was in our room when we woke up. Woke up to a roach crawling across me as I slept. There was other things but that was the only one worth mentioning.
