Hotel Pigeon Forge

A bit outdated but cheap price and was very clean.

It's not fancy but it was good for the price ($60). The pool was nice and there is a deck area to sit on and enjoy the view of the mountains. It is conveniently located (walking distance) to major attractions & restaurants. Although nothing bad happened, there were guys hanging around in the back parking lot near the door. I think they were just smokers. Maybe put a designated smoking area further away from the door? It was quiet and clean. I will be staying there every time if the price stays the same. See you soon.

No breakfast, online selected breakfast included. Also no smart tv.the pool was a plus.

Staff wasn't friendly, I was completely unaware I couldn't leave my dog in the room by him self at all and had to leave wasn't given a refund of course paid for 2 days. Room looked like it was last updated in the 80s. Maintenance walks around in pajamas. They asked if I had read the policy's when I checked in but either way wouldn't have mattered since they wouldnt have given me my money back since I booked thru expedia and it doesn't mention pets can't be left alone at all on the site.

For the Price, this was a great stay. Especially having a jetted tub. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The staff were difficult to communicate with as none of them spoke English very well. The room and bed were always slightly damp. The worst part is that the room got double booked on my first night there, and there was no room available. This meant I had to SLEEP IN MY CAR on the first night. On the day before my checkout I discovered that my room card no longer worked when I stopped by to drop something off. Upon investigation, I was informed that they thought my check out was that day instead of the next day. Meaning that if I hadn’t swung by, my room would’ve been cleaned out and I would’ve lost ALL of my belongings. I wanna go back to being who I was before I stayed at this hotel. Don’t ever stay here for any reason whatsoever.

The atmosphere is quite peaceful, the parking is excellent, and the lobby is very clean.

Good clean room and had everything needed to have a good stay for 2 nights, the air conditioning was working really well and the parking was good but got packed in the night and overall 10/10 hotel would recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and accommodating. The property is large, plenty of parking, the views are wonderful, and the location is convenient.

We just stayed one night. There was no breakfast? Tho they had a breakfast room. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

I pre booked this hotel when free continental breakfast was available. But on the day of check in, the hotel stopped serving breakfast. This is my 2nd visit to this hotel. My first visit was good but not the same during my 2nd visit.

Very quiet. Clean, great price Pool was a little too much chemicals. And bed was a lil hard. But really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.
