We had a great time at the Jeep event this weekend. There was ample parking for our truck and trailer and the views from the hotel were beautiful.

Hotel was full of mold, had stains on the sheets, food was left in the refrigerator, something was split in the microwave and was rotting causing a terrible smell. The poor lady at the front desk was not surprised and switched us not a new room that was no better, this one had the same mold and a large hole in the shower. The picture on the hotels website are in no way the same as to what is actually there, we ended up staying in a different hotel.

The location is great, staff was very helpful, but it rained & we had a pool in our room from the window leaking, & there was a homeless guy sleeping on the ground near the picnic table

Everything was nice at first until I woke up being bit at 4am. Instantly packed up our family and left. Miles away from home and we had to stop at a laundry mat to make sure nothing was brought home with us.

Nothing Everything, nothing in our room worked.. the coffee machine, hair dryer AND the mini fridge didn’t work the shower had mold in it!! Even the tub had mold I honestly feel like it was just a waste of money for $400 and I felt like the communication was awful we had call to ask if the pool was open and I was told “uhm yeah?” So we go and to the pool which looked like the only nice thing there and as soon as we get in we got kicked out of the pool because it was “closed” and “getting work done” with the ENTIRE 3 Days we stayed no one person worked on the pool I feel like we were cheated out of the money and I wish we could get a refund because our room was AWFUL

The affordability of our stay and the location The fact we were woken up by the housekeeper telling us we had checked out already on our third day when we had paid for 4 days and never received any time of apology for their mistake.
