Everything worked as it should. But you could definitely tell that things were dated. As well as not properly maintained and running on a minimum budget.

Close to town Wheelchair room on 5th floor at back of hotel. Fire alarm went off at 2am. My husband in wheelchair. I was unable to get him off floor. Elevators close when alarm goes off. I walk with a cane. Have to call to have towels brought to room. No one comes to clean room or pull trash. I had to buy trash bags to pull my own trash. Can not get in touch with front desk from room phone. Have to call them from cell phone.

The overall stay was good. Loved the hot tub in the room. Pool was nice. The staff was decent. I thought housekeeping was included for our two nights stay but apparently I didn’t read the paper at the front desk, which was not given to me, until after I asked about housekeeping, it is only upon request. Was very disappointed about breakfast. The breakfast could use some major revamping and especially when I noticed Baldy donuts being served I just lost my appetite completely from there on out we ate externally.

Not far from Dollywood and along the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Rooms are huge. Rooms were dated, had a musty smell, breakfast was limited to scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, coffee, and donuts. Ended eating out for breakfast. Beds were not very comfortable.
