The only negative the music at pool was on until 11pm and back on at 6am

it is a really nice hotel but there was a water main break and no water for toilets or showers, the hotel did nothing not one dime in compensation, no attempt to provide toilets for the guests, they said if was not their fault, well it was not my fault either and yet i paid full price without even a working toilet, they took no responsibility at all, did nothing to help the guests

We were traveling with my handicap. This was an excellent place for us to stay. Room was next to elevator, very great handicap room. Could do everything myself without help. Good bed, great bathroom, loved the game room. Breakfast was good. Such a great getaway for us! Will stay here again. Pool areas were fun to watch others having fun. Loved it all.

They wanted $100 for a dog fee for one night and they don’t specify that on hotels.com. We left after finding out and they told us they would not refund and we just booked it 20min or less prior. Lobby was not inviting, host was less than helpful. (Passing the buck chime) They charged us for the room regardless that we never set foot in it. This is the kind of business that I would stir away from, they did it to me, they will do it to you! Family friendly.. right…👎

We love the Margaritaville Compass. Very friendly staff, clean , tropical vibe. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Unbeatable! We loved every single thing

Everything was wonderful. 3 elevators sped the movement from floor to floor. Pool was amazing especially the raised one where you could soak in the chair or just lean over the wall. Fire pit and cornhole games available. The water park for the small children was great. Rooms are large and layed out nicely

Great for the kids and adults. Super clean. All staff were helpful. We had an afternoon where our power went out in our room. Breaker overload and we were kindly compensated for that time.
