It’s behind the island so it’s quiet! They shut the water off during the day to change a boiler so you had to be gone all day with kids

We were very pleased with our accommodations and the cleanliness of them. We brought along our dachshund which was one of the reasons we chose them, because they allow pets. Although they allow pets, the rooms did not indicate by smell that pets stayed in the rooms. They offered a nice breakfast each morning. While we didn’t use the pools they were always full with people swimming and children enjoying the children’s pool. I needed a shower seat for the tub and the maintenance men were on another property and they weren’t sure when they would be able to get to the property we were at and install a shower seat. Within less than 10 minutes, there was a knock on our door and two maintenance men were standing there with a shower seat to install in the tub. I had never seen a shower seat like the one they installed, which was extremely sturdy. While I did get comet and clean it, I was extremely pleased. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and kind. They do allow scooters in the hotel and they do fit through the hotel room doors. I am handicapped and the only complaint I have which is a rather large one, is that they DON’T HAVE ENOUGH HANDICAP PARKING NEAR ENTRANCES! When we return to Pigeon Forge, we will definitely be staying at this location❤️!

La propiedad estaba muy limpia y ordenada, todo perfecto excepto un inconveniente que tuve la primera noche que dormí, en la habitación de al lado había un perrito que en la mañana no paraba de ladrar hasta que nos despertó. Por todo lo demás excelente

Everything was fine, but I gave 4 stars because bathroom should have had bars for accessible and it did not but was listed as such.

The room was clean and great location. Breakfast was really good.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was consistent with good quality ingredients and on time delivery! Clean room and optional housekeeping. Outdoor pool with hot tub rocks our socks AND with the occasional rain, the indoor pool comes in handy.
