I’ll never use Expedia again. The room was on the first floor like I asked, but not to the back of the building on the riverside . And the staff told me that I could not move my room because I went through Expedia so I will never use Expedia again. I think they’re very unprofessional.

Lovely place to stay, well located.

Everything was as expected. No problems or surprises. The riverside room was a plus.

Everybody was very friendly and helpfull

Fresh linens were dropped off every day as they gathered ours. Not sure if it is standard these days to not sweep or wipe the room down, but we try to keep our room straight and bed made ourselves so convenient to walk to everything we will stay there again

The 2nd room was in the 3rd floor surrounding the pool area. That was awful. Every screaming child in Pigeon Forge was in the pool from open to close. If you were here to relax and sleep in forget it. We could hear everytging even over the TV. The mattress is old and thin even though the rooms were renovated. Not comfortable at all. Would not stay here again.

It was good for a short visit

Perfect clean and comfortable

It was close to everything we wanted to see. Very central. Room was larger than expected and had a nice layout. Good A/C and nice kitchenette area We were placed beside someone who had zero consideration and talked on her phone the whole time. So it was incredibly difficult as we heard every word of what she said in the next room. The room we had was a connected room and I don’t think having the door in between helped with keeping the noise down. Bathroom was small. Getting out of parking lot on a hike was very difficult.
