This place is amazing! We have stayed here twice and will definitely be returning!! There is just a good feeling in this place! Peaceful, Quiet, Everything is Clean, Beds are very comfortable. The Creek is beautiful, watching and feeding the ducks is definitely enjoyable. You will not be disappointed..

Also the AC was not working in the Elevators or 3rd floor hallways(Not sure about other floors). It was extremely hot and miserable and no try at fixing it until the last day we were there after our 5 day trip. We were very disappointed because we had heard such wonderful things about the staff and hotel prior.

The rooms need updated . The hotel smelled and was very Hot! The bed felt like concrete and sheets looked like they had been slept in. There was only 2 lamps in the rooms , so it made the room dark . The electrical outlets were worn out and you couldn't plug anything into because they wouldn't stay, really sucked when you need to bring your work with you.It was our first time staying there and was suppose to stay for 5 nights. Checked out after the first night and went to a different hotel.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was not good would not eat the breakfast at the hotel. Parking was good, not great, but good.

An amazing stay! We’ve never stayed in a hotel when coming to Pigeon Forge so I did a lot of research before booking a place. The Inn on the River exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great, breakfast was good, and they do cookies and popcorn in the evenings. The outdoor seating area was serene. We enjoyed every second and we will definitely be back!

Great buffet breakfast, swimming pools were excellent, and the grounds were maintained daily. Popcorn every night at 7pm great relaxing, quiet place to stay.

I enjoyed everything about the place. I liked looking at the river. The breakfast was great. The mattress was my biggest problem. I woke up with alot of back pain.

We had a wonderful stay during our Smoky Mountains trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The room was well maintained, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay after spending the day exploring the Smoky Mountains. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for families visiting the Smoky Mountains!
