Good value hotel

Everything was great. The only thing that could be noted is the bathroom fan did not work. We make it a point to stay here when we are in the Pigeon Forge area. Best hotel in the area in my opinion.

Pool and physical facilities were exceptional Room was not that comfortable. No comfortable chairs to sit if pull-out bed was in use. No place/not enough hooks to hang wet towels after usage to dry for re-use. Switches for bedside tables are located on outside of the lamps making you get out of bed to turn off. No complimentary Coffee available 24/7 in lobby area, only single cup dispensers in rooms with no real creamer. Bistro was pitiful, all pre-package foods and advertisement did not match reality. On-line noted continental breakfast which I paid for, but all pre-packaged foods, extremely limited foods with limits on the vouchers.

Cost for food is to high. Not allowing an early arrival to at least check in and complete that process. Or at least try to accommodate a request to check in when reservation was made 4 months ahead. Front desk staff need to show some kind of true assistance, versus a scowl look on their face. If they do not want to help people or even answer a question then they should not be your front desk first seen contacts. I like a smile and friendly welcome.

Exceptional

The location and the cleanliness. The staff was super friendly The maid service we had the first day was great! The 2nd day of our day on the property seems like the maid or housekeeping services was not as thorough as the first day . When we checked into the room, it was absolutely almost immaculate.

Very clean property. Exceptional staff. Great location.

We love the fresh feeling that the rooms and pools were clean and well maintained. Starbucks was a bonus as well. Definitely saving for our next trip! Loved the location. And the pools are open 24/7 which is awesome when your on vacation.

Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I took my 9 yo granddaughter to Pigeon Forge for spring break. We planned go see Dollywood and other sites. We spent 1/2 a day at Dollywood and she couldn't wait to go back to the hotel. She had made friends in the pool and just wanted to spend the whole vacation at the pool. The lobby was inviting and we spent our nights playing games and eating there. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I plan to bring my whole family back!
