I did enjoy the property. The lazy river was very nice and the hot tub was great. Loved that it was all open 24 hours. I feel the room needed help. We checked in very late and must of gotten the left over. Our balcony was eh, slanted. Hardly for 2 people out there. We were a room for 5. There was no luggage holder. So our luggage took up all the counter space. Didn’t love the half glass shower. We left Kate one day and asked to have our room made up and that didn’t happen. On your website it said shuttle. That’s what sold me. Not realizing it was a trolley. So disappointed a bit.

My family and I enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. The refrigerator and microwave both didn't work. Had a wonderful maintenance guy bring us up a refrigerator which was very kind and considerate. The shower water pressure wasn't the best and the shower head only had two adjustments. The pillows were terrible and the bed clothes were stained with something.

Right when you pull up, you feel like you are on vacaction. The entrance takes you out of the city and into your own little piece of paradise. Walking in, we were greeted but some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff, quickly checked into our room and we were off to see our beds. The hotel smelled so clean and fresh and had fresh lemon water waiting for guests. They have 2 pools, 1 indoor which was allt of fun and a second outdoor pool that also has a lazy river and floaties!!! The best part is that it's open 24/7 so we swam until 130 am!!!!!!!!!! We did not feel rushed to hurry up and swim before getting dinner in case it closed. They also have a jacuzzi which felt very nice, it definitely had alot of chlorine in it so we couldnt stay in there for long but it did feel nice. The rooms were amazing clean and well lit with a patio overlooking the beautiful pool and lazy river. We loved this hotel so much! The price was very high, so as much as we would have loved to stay longer we couldn't and as much as I would love to make it my regular when we take trips up there, im not sure I could swing that price every time. Also, we paid extra for the breakfast and was definitely expecting a better experience with that. We received pre packaged waffles that were so sugary even the kids couldnt eat them, the egg breakfast seemed to look okay, but I have definitely had far better breakfast included in much cheaper stays other places

This hotel was great, it was in the middle of everything. It wasn’t too far from Dollywood theme park nor the splash park and it was surrounded by several attractions, which my kids loved. I would definitely recommend staying at this place..
