Park Grove Inn

The first night was alright. The second night was horrible. Wi-Fi didn’t work like it was told to work, the tv would not work, the whole room smelt like weed almost like someone smoked weed in the furnace room, when told about it smelling bad they didn’t do anything about it, and the shower got water everywhere due to the design of it.

Room wasn’t very clean and the pool was disgusting indoor and outdoor. Room was small and they didn’t keep stuff stocked very well

It was perfect . Highly recommend

Clean room and pool area.

We recently stayed here for 6 nights. We didn't arrive for check in until later in the night. The front desk guy was super nice and helpful. The free breakfast set up was really nice and the sweet lady restocking the foods was a delight. We encountered many other employees throughout the week because we were coming and going alot. Every single person greeted us and made us feel right at home. Our room was very spacious which was a plus for us because we had a lot of stuff since we were in town for a dance competition. We will definitely choose Park Grove Inn next time we are in town.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The pools were maintained nicely. The rooms were clean and organized

Really pleased with our entire stay

I will book again . So affordable, clean, great breakfast, kind staff, comfortable room (bed, hot water, roomy).

Pools were cloudy.

However, very disappointed with the continental breakfast. I was expecting more of cooked scrambled eggs (NOT microwaveable round frozen eggs), bacon, sausages, or the typical breakfast food. They have microwaveable French toast and a very hard banana/blueberry mini muffins. Needless to say, I wish breakfast was a lot better than it was. I would have been more satisfied going to McDonald 😳😳😳😳😳

It’s an older motel, but we loved it! Very well kept, shower heat & pressure was amazing, comfortable beds. Very convenient having Kroger right next door! Will stay again!

Overall good place for short stay. Outdoor pool and area is very small. Breakfast is great, friendly kitchen staff. Front desk staff friendly as well. Quiet area for hotel yet under a minute to the main drag.

Very nice people that took care of any issues quickly and were nice about it. Good location in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Very disappointed when I checked in I asked if I could do late check didn’t mind paying extra. We had checked in late at night. The lady that checked us in said it wasn’t a problem and I didn’t need to pay anything extra. The next morning we woke up around 10ish (mind you check out is at 11am) and I just called the front desk just to make sure we were good for late check out and she told me absolutely not. I had mentioned how they told me last night it was okay but she didn’t care so I had to be out by 11 we had to rush 2 adults had to shower and change as well as 2 kids. It was very inconvenient have to rush at the very last minute with children. House keeping was right out my door waiting for me to leave.

The indoor pool was murky. Ant were around the hot tub. Then one man that was part of the cleaning crew asked one of the girls with us how old she was when walking to the pool by herself. He didn't need to ask or know her age. We alerted the front desk and they spoke with him. The next morning he wanted to apologize. I wouldn't let him near us. His mom was part of the cleaning crew and she wanted to apologize on his behalf. I said he asked her age. He had no business asking her or anyone's age.

The hot tub was great and the stay was great
