Wonderful stay, as always. Stayed with my great grandson and the staff doted over him, he loved it. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, our room was clean and comfortable and the pool was warm and clean. Maid service called on us daily and met our needs cheerfully. La Quinta is centrally located in Pigeon Forge which made it easy for us to shop, attend some attractions and dine. I have stayed there before and have never been disappointed!

Very nicely cleaned hotel in a conveniently located spot. The indoor pool was a plus!! They only had one elevator but you can use the stairs as well.

From the time we arrived we felt welcomed.The staff even helped point us in the right direction for UT items.The pool and hot tub open 24/7, the breakfast was plentiful and kept stocked, the room was comfortable and clean and they even welcomed our travel companion, our furry grandbaby(corgi, lol). We'll definitely be coming back!

1. Need more than one elevator. The wait time when checking or out was stressful. 2. We were told the pool was heated. Very cold. Also a lot of insects floating in pool. 3. The breakfast bar was exceptionally clean. Only complaint was needing a different meat like bacon, some bagel & cream cheese, plain yogurt, and at least small or medium size drinking cups. Your cups were mimi size. Thank you!

That they allowed pets and the place still smelled clean and staff was very friendly. A little bigger space for the dogs to use the restroom would've been nice
