Breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating.

Would be walking into a construction zone. Painting where we eat breakfast at is so gross. It’s a pet hotel and my dogs were barking some and they told me I was not allowed to leave them alone. Yet for days could hear dogs from other rooms barking and construction didn’t help pets calmness. Horrible customer service

Great place to stay during your visits to Pigeon Forge. Staff is very helpful and friendly, very pet friendly, 24 hr open pool and jacuzzi, great free breakfast every morning. We stay here every trip we make to Pigeon Forge.

Cons: the fitness center opening hours are too late. Opens at 6. 4 AM or 5 AM would be better so you could get started doing the activities around the area.

This room was the best room we stayed in by far our entire trip. I haven’t stayed at La Quinta’s in a long time, but I was not disappointed, and we will be booking them more in the future. The room was huge with bunkbeds, a pullout sofa, and an entire separate bedroom with jetted bathtub for my husband and I. With a family of five it is always hard to find rooms that are big enough for us. Breakfast was also really good and it was centrally located in pigeon Forge, and close to everything. Personally, we went to Dollywood and a few escape rooms as well as dinner.

The staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I was definitely impressed. The facility was nice with everything you needed. Our room was very clean. My grandkids loved the pool. Thank you so much! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great clean hotel and great location. Hot tub in my room was clean and worked as it should. Room was clean. Break definitely could be better is my only recommendation. I plan to stay here the next time I visit for sure!!

Clean, friendly staff, location, free breakfast Parking spots kinds small and other pet owners not cleaning up after their own dogs, thats no fault of the hotels tho, they kept up as best they could

Good breakfast, good location People can bring dogs. I like dogs but not when they bark all night and you can't sleep, or they wake you up earlier than you want to get up. The room is not sound proof.
