The hotel was spotless and location perfect. Our only issue was how tiny the bathroom area is and the beds weren't the most comfortable.

Nice hotel..Beds are comfortable..They have outside pool,hot tub and inside pool..pool stay open til 2am..decent complimentary Breakfast..And they also have free lemonade and coffee station available 24hrs..All rooms come with balcony..you can walk to fast food and shops .Definitely worth it

Place was totally fine and clean but had a musty smell. Overall was a fine place to stay for one night. Would stay again on a short trip.

Will definitely be back. Front desk staff was great. Enjoyed the pool and water slide. The pool being open until 2am is definitely a plus!

When we drive through pigeon Forge, we always stop at the Walden or one other hotel on the main strip. The Walden is a very nice hotel with all the amenities. I would’ve given it a five out of five, but our view for this last trip was out the back into somebody’s terribly kept up backyard. Nothing that the hotel can really do anything about. Otherwise the room was clean and nice. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel overall is excellent. Definitely ask for a view facing the front parking lot and the strip on the second floor or above if possible.

I found that on day two of my stay I had digestive problems. It was a four day stay and the digestive problems stopped when I stopped eating the breakfast.

The location was great. You can walk to dinner. Having a traffic light makes getting on the Parkway easy. The room was clean and bed slept great.

The front desk staff is outstanding. Not a question asked they didn't know the answer. If you need anything, ASK. The overall appearance of the unit speaks volumes for itself. It was remodeled approx. 2 1/2 years ago. It has a home feeling . Beds are extremely comfortable, Showers are great, hot, and clean. We had a walk in shower. Not sure if available in all rooms, but very nice. The shower heads actually do no spray all over the walls, they are well maintained. Just off the parkway, easy in and out, restaurants close to walk to. QUIET. Enjoyed the HOT breakfast each morning. Coffee was good. plenty of seating. Well stocked all during breakfast hours. The pricing is my go to, and with the Walden, you will be very surprised at the hotel. They have a hot tub and pool inside and out. Hot tubs are HOT, and the pool was a comfortable temperature, After the hot tub, cool off , but not like the rest of the chains. We have not been able to get in most pools due to water being winterized, cold! This pool was amazing in its temperature. Just try it once. If and when we go back to Pigeon Forge, we WILL be staying there! ENJOY!

Amazing hotel with the most comfortable beds and clean, quiet rooms. We were so impressed from check in through check out. Free breakfast, beverages always available, lots of little touches. Truly a great experience. Will absolutely stay here when we come to Gatlinburg!
