Clean pool. Open til 2 am which was great!. Cleans rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

I am currently having to use a walker after numerous knee surgeries, when I reserved our room I put in that we needed a handicapped room and even called the location and confirmed that we needed a handicapped room but when we checked in they did not have us in a handicapped room and refused to put us in one, the guy that checked us in was very rude and uncaring, he said if we had booked with them they would have worked with us but since we went through a booking company online they were not going to do anything and they didn't. We requested a room with we beds cause we had w children with us, the room was so small and the beds so closed together I could not get my walker between the 2 beds or between the bed and the wall or in the closed off section in the bathroom where the commode was at, it was very inappropriate and unappreciated, if I had not asked for it at booking or called the hotel to confirm it after booking I could understand but because I didn't book directly with them is not right. The phone in our room did not work, tried calling the front desk for towels but we had no dial tone, phone would not do anything, I reported it but it still wasn't working when we checked out. There were black, long, skinny bugs all around where the indoor pool was and in our room the day before we left, I killed 2 bugs in our room prior to seeing the black bugs, I reported the bugs also, the guy at the desk asked if it was lady bugs, he thought those were ok. Not a good experience.

Clean room

The room was nice and the beds comfy. I was kind of disappointed that they only have a kiddie pool outside. The breakfast was good but we had one day that we got down for breakfast about half an hour before it ended and most of the food items were empty and not refilled and there were still guests coming in to eat. Overall it was a great experience though.

name and when we arrived she had printed out a sign saying happy birthday Chris and taped it to the door. She had such a pleasant personality and always so friendly and so helpful. It was very sweet of her to do what she did for my brother's birthday. I love the Walden and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge. Thank you Shaneka.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and updated. Bathroom was big and toilet is separate from the sink and shower. Staff was friendly and we saw them cleaning around the building everyday. The heated pool and indoor hot tub were great at the end of the day. The outdoor hot tub, pool, and firepit were nice for relaxing as well. The pools/hot tubs are open late, so a great way to wind down after exploring all day. The complimentary lemonade through out the day is delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here for the past 5 years when we went to Pigeon Forge there was a great manager named Vincent now there's another young guy I think he will learn the ropes he just needs to be a little more Hands-On and a little more involved with the clientele Vincent was hard to beat the breakfast would be good if everything was cooked properly but everything seemed to be half cooked never had that happen in the past not sure what's going on just in a hurry maybe short staffed I don't know but food needs to be cooked properly especially the bacon and eggs

Our stay here was very nice for our five days stay. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, I have back problems and it didn’t hurt my back. I wasn’t feeling well prior to the day we checked in and I became worse the day after we arrived. The room was quiet enough for me to get the rest I needed. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was great. Our housekeeper daily checked and restocked our needs. The property was very nice and the outdoor/indoor pools with a hot tub is a nice is A+. If we ever travel back to Tennessee, we would definitely stay again.

Front desk was excellent with recommendations. Easy parking. Complimentary coffee and juice all day. Great balconys for sitting and enjoying the evening air.

The only downside was that is was a bit noisy- there’s a few bars, restaurants, and a Harley Davidson across the parking lot, so there was quite a bit of loud music and motorcycle noise until about 11pm. Otherwise, great location and price!

The room was disgusting by far. The linens were smelly and there were bugs on the floor. My son left our cell phone and we tried over 7 hours to call them and then we go back and no one can call a manager for a laundry room key. They were so unwilling to help my Life360 literally showed this phone was sitting here and we drove 200 miles to get back to this location. The pool was closed. The linens were not even clean. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
