Great location

The honeymoon room with juzzi tub was really nice with the king bed jeep invasion was in town and it was a great location

Room could really use a deep clean. The walls were paper thin. The mattress was horrible. Water pressure was low I had to wait until I got home to wash my hair. This was our 3rd time staying here and our last. For a few more dollars we could have stayed somewhere nicer.

location is good. close to entertainment. plenty of parking traffic is noisy at night/early morning doors were dirty one of the 2 beds squeaked loudly when person moves room did not get cleaned or toilet paper replenished even though the "do not disturb" sign was not on

The lady in the office makes you feel like family. Location is good regardless of where you want to go. Trying to get out of the parking lot. That speed bump needs some work.

Unfortunately, when the room was cleaned the next day, the bedding was replaced with another comforter and sheet set that was also stained. It looked like dried urine. At that point, I asked a front desk staff member to physically come to the room to document the issue. Because of this lack of hygiene, I chose to leave immediately, cutting my stay short. Management needs to implement better in-room lighting so housekeeping can spot these issues, and permanently discard stained linens from their rotation. I cannot recommend staying here.

The room was clean and was a pet friendly room. We have a small Morkie and he goes where ever we go so this was a plus for us. The motel is conveniently located near the Island and so many more great places to dine and to shop,

Room and property was poorly maintained. We’ve stayed here years prior and it was great. Now it’s pretty bad.

The bed was the hardest I have ever slept on and there was some areas on the walls that could be mold. I understand it is a wooden building but it has seen its better days. Definitely needs renovated.

The hotel itself just could use some deep cleaning and simple renovations- though might raise price. But mainly I feel a little extra attention to cleanliness would greatly improve this place overall. We liked the loft room that sleeps six- even had two bathrooms!

Location The rooms beds had bed bugs which we have pictures and video proofing we are telling the truth. The owner did not give us money back nor either another room instead the only options were to leave and find another motel. This is so heartbreaking for me and my family because we had to use our spending money on another motel instead of having fun. We are so upset and hurt over this whole situation. We would like our money back. How would you feel the very first night being a your motel and trying to sleep and bedbugs are on the sheets. Your kids are so scared and this was suppose to be a fun time. The owners are so rude and it was very sad how they treated us. I want our money back. $661.00 FOR 3 DAYS PLEASE
