Have stayed at this Hotel many times and always have a pleasant experience. Love their 3 bedroom suite.

It wasn’t what I expected the pictures online is not what it looks like. Fridge didn’t get cold and it definitely could have used more cleaning. It isn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t be staying again.

They just need to clean better!! Also, the room was great. I see the vision with it, and I believe they can make it better. It was walking distance to the island, so that was a huge plus.

Overall the place was OK. The elevator smelled weird and needs some repairs on the inside. Check in and out was smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. View from our 7th floor room was beautiful early morning watching the sunrise over the mountains. Beautiful. Close to Island and seeing it lit up at night was pretty cool. Floors in the rooms could use some updating or deep cleaning. Our feet were filthy after walking around for a few short min. Overall stay was good. You get what you pay for but it was worth it

The location is great. Pretty views. Some rooms we've stayed at have been really nice. We like the pool. And very affordable. The elevator smells so much. Some of the rooms we've stayed in aren't as clean as they should be but overall a good experience.

We did not stay. It was extremely disappointing. The smell when walked into the lobby was pungent. The elevator was damaged and dirty. We reluctantly went to the room. And though it was big. It was not clean. The couch was stained. The floor was dirty. The walls were dirty. The refrigerator was not clean. One of the bedroom door knobs was hanging off. And that’s what we noticed the few minutes we were in the room. I immediately went and told the person at the front desk about our findings and that there was no way that we were staying there, he appeared to not care at all. I went outside and called booking.com to report our situation. They were no help either. So not only did we have to find another place to stay after driving 6hours to get there, we were told that the hotel refused to refund our money. We did not stay. It was extremely disappointing. Where do i start. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were flat. The elevator stunk so bad. The pool was shady as hell. The water was stained and smelled bad. The room had ants, hole that had been patched and never painted, the exhaust in the bathroom was falling down, light switch was broken, air conditioner was broken at the bottom, the microwave didn't work, the desk was missing a drawer, the noise from other guest was absolutely horrible,Slamming doors 3 o'clock in the morning running up and.down the walk way beside the rooms at 3 in the morning. The room next to ours the guest were arguing all weekend and Saturday night we had to call the police, the woman in room 600 was hollering for someone to help her, turns out she was really drunk and extremely loud. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We will not stay here again and dont recommend anyone else to stay here. The owner and property manager needs to enforce curfew or quite time because quest that are staying there cant relax because of the noise. And they really need to update and remodel the property is in desperate need of attention. But I guess thats to be expected when foreigners buy property. All they care about is the money and not the guest that stay there.

I loved that it was walking distance from everything The employees were rude. My towels had mold on them and i asked for new towels the employee was rude to me

When we arrived to the room, immediately noticed that the towels were stained, the shower pan was still dirty, the bottom of the cabinets were covered in insulation tape and three of the beds had hairs on them. The sheets looked wrinkled and slept in, as if they had not been changed. It felt very unsanitary, so we immediately just cancelled the room and found a different hotel. The pictures made it look so nice and we were very excited about the hotel and the location. The man at the front desk was kind and understanding.

The updates are halfway done. Whole in the wall, toilet wasn’t attached to the ground, elevator stunk, just isn’t feel safe.
-
The room was very clean when we got there. The beds were very comfortable more comfortable then other hotels we have stayed in. The walk to the island was less than 5 mins. A great location to a lot of things within walking distance. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. I wished they had breakfast, wifi and a warmer pool with it being indoors that was the only downfall of the hotel
-
The hotel was wonderful The check in was a nightmare. They canceled our room even with my card on file. Guy was rude when we did get there. He did get us a room at a higher rate.

Yes The location
-
Location No WiFi , stuff rude , bed was okay . Pool was okay I guess for the kids

Sure was fooled by the listing ad. The bathroom sink consistently clogs. Rust and mold in the bathroom. The ceiling paint/plaster was peeling off directing above the bed. We had so many ants throughout the stay. Floor was not the cleanest. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time on the 7th floor. Pool was freezing cold and not the cleanest. Parking lot is small and overflow is in the back across the street. Parking spaces are extremely tight. You also have to walk through everyone’s bedroom to get to the back bedroom. The middle bedroom doesn’t have any air so the doors of the 1st and 3rd bedroom need to be left open to cool the middle room.
-
Tiny lot to park during week and must park behind building across the street. Broken lights in room.
-
I like that the two beds were separated by the bathrooms and doors that close. (There was only one air conditioner, and if the doors are closed, the back bed does not get any air.) The hotel was within walking distance of the island, truth quest, and pirate adventures. The rooms did not have carpet. There was a walk-in shower. The sink was not in the same room as the toilet and shower, which allowed others to access the sink while the other facilities were in use. The room was decently clean, but could have used more detailed cleaning. It appears that there has been some renovations done to the hotel, but additional work is still needed. The air conditioner was not effective for the two room unit. The elevator was sketchy. A couple became stuck in the elevator during our trip and the fire department had to come and get them out. The elevator remained operable throughout our trip. I was hesitant about using it. Pillows were flat.
-
The floors were very dirty.
-
The convenience The beds and pillows wasn’t much and the king suites don’t have same room a/c’s
-
The only thing that we liked was the shower. Shortly after arriving, we got stuck in the elevator. After waiting 20 mins for the fire department to get there the person at the front desk didn't even come check on us to see if we were okay. We get into the room, pictures did not meet expectations, dirty floors, dirty mess under the beds, scrapes on the walls and door frames, mold and rust above the shower, non working light, loose plug outlets.
