It’s was so cute. The rooms and atmosphere of the through back to 60’s and 70’s was the best

The room’s decor is cute. The room was clean. The location is convenient. Parking is a hassle if you arrive close to dark. Our room was between the office and the pool on the first floor and the base of the music late was a bit bothersome, but if you sleep with a sound machine, you probably wouldn’t notice it.

The vibe is awesome and positive. It's laid back. The staff is amazing. The ambassador Loreli was welcoming and kind. My husband is a veteran and was treated with honor and respect. There were no dislikes at this time.

Would’ve enjoyed it more if our room wasn’t in the Wayback by the dumpster
-
I liked the nostalgia of the decor. Kitsch is my favorite

Parking is horrible! Not enough spaces had to park in other companies lots at night.

Great location. Decent rooms. It an old property refurbished. All outside door entrance Paid extra for breakfast option. I think that is way overpriced. Basic breakfast eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast juice for two $34 is high in my opinion

I loved the location, the pool and laid back vibe The bar closed at 10pm and you couldn’t get a drink also we were woken up by banging from 5.30am that shook the room
-
Only issue I had was the ice machines were down. Great location for everything I needed.
-
Experienced noise from the bar all night by the pool.

The location was great! We walked to Paula Deans for dinner and walked to shops The room wasn’t cozy enough and the room door about takes you toes off every time it closes (way to hard) I loved that the cleaning staff came daily and replaced our towels with new and made the bed but forgot to leave new coffee pods and fresh mugs.

Great hotel, we stayed here last minute when there was an issue with the room that we booked at the Gatlinburg Town Square. Staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was beautiful. The only thing I could say (thats not even a complaint) about is that the parking lot in front of the hotel fills up pretty quickly in the evening but they had overflow parking behind the building. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were nice. Pool area was nice and the lady who ran the bar at the pool was super cool and very nice. Will definitely book there again.
