It was okay for the most part. We had 4 people in our double bed room and once we arrived inside the room only 1 wash cloth and 2 bath towels were supplied, definitely not enough. We passed house cleaning in the hall and asked for extra towels and she got an attitude because we needed more and insisted that we bring our dirty towels to her, but we didn’t have any to give her because there really were no extras. The hotel itself was being renovated. The pools and hot tub definitely need upgrading we didn’t really use it too much and didn’t look like it was going to be renovated anytime soon. The room was pretty clean and the beds weren’t terrible so it worked for us. Parking was fine no problem we had 2 vehicles and they gave us an extra parking tag no questions asked. Over all I would probably stay here again just depends really. It is pretty easy access to the strip so that was a plus.

I was highly disappointed with the condition of Park Tower Inn compared to how it was advertised. The “newly updated” rooms were definitely not what I expected, especially for nearly $200 per night. The first room I was given was not clean. There were mystery stains on the walls, black grease on the bathroom counter, and food crusted inside the microwave. I found what appeared to be marijuana on the carpet and crumbs on the supposedly clean bed sheets. The TV was broken, and the batteries in the remote were held in with tape. The front desk staff was helpful and moved me to another room, but it was also disappointing. The lampshade was damaged and falling apart, the armchair was ripped, and there was an iron burn mark on the carpet. Thick dust covered the headboard and construction dust covered nearly every surface. There were constantly gnats in the room, and a hole near the floor had been poorly covered with plastic baseboards. To add to the frustration, there were only two ice machines, and neither worked. We ended up buying ice at a gas station. Overall, the hotel felt dingy and poorly maintained. I appreciate the front desk staff's attempt to help, but for nearly $200 a night, the condition and cleanliness were unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

How this place remains open is beyond belief. Read the “older” reviews. I read the latest glowing( but I'm sure made by staff. Pics represent place in much earlier years. Don't stay here!!!!

The property is quite old and in the process of renovation. The staff is amazing. The lobby needs some updates but it was very clean, as was the rest of the property. Our room was not yet renovated but it was spotless and everything worked, the TV was a little sketchy. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. Overall it was a nice stay for the price.

Our room was dirty and nasty dried food in the sink. The bathrooms in the pool area was nasty. The lazy river floats were not inflated. I had to go to the desk several times to ask for a housekeeper to come and clean the sink and clean the room which they never did until the third shift receptionist he came up and did it himself. I had already cleaned the bathroom because I couldn’t wait any longer with the kids, especially my special-needs daughter. Dirty place to stay as well as ran by poor management that do not hold up to their word. They said they would Compass for two more days at another time. I scheduled them at the end of August and I was told the day that they were scheduled that I could change the dates if I needed to, and there will be no charge for the price that they had put into the computer was gonna stay that way and he would make a note of that when I called to reschedule the dates they told me that I have to cancel or I have to come at the time that it was scheduled for the manager did not hold up to the word the manager would not even call me, kept having the receptionist do his job poor Management throughout the whole place.

Before we even arrived, we called the hotel multiple times specifically to confirm that our King Suite would have the “jacuzzi” that was advertised. We were assured that it would. However, when we arrived, we were told that our particular room did not have one. What made the situation worse was that we were told we could not be moved to another room that did have the jacuzzi. We made our decision to stay at the property based in part on the information we were given over the phone. Had we been told beforehand that our room did not include the jacuzzi, we would have made a different decision. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the fact that we specifically called multiple times to verify this before arriving makes the situation especially frustrating. We feel that some form of compensation or resolution would be appropriate given the inaccurate information we were provided.

The thing we didn't like about it was it we asked for a handycap room and didn't receive one this made it difficult too shower, was not smoker friendly.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures. Everything was dirty, worn out, poorly maintained, and completely uninviting. Walking into the property honestly felt more like entering a crack house than a hotel where I would feel comfortable staying with my family. The staff was not helpful at all. Shortly after checking in and seeing the actual condition of the property, we told them that we were leaving and asked for a refund, at least for the remaining nights that we would not be staying. They refused. Do not fall for the pictures online. They did not represent what we experienced in person. I strongly recommend seeing this property for yourself before paying or booking multiple nights. I would never stay here again.

Outdoor pool closed& hot tub broken, inside hot tub broken, homeless couple living by the pool & meeting people in the parking lot. Beds old & sink in the middle ,no remotes for tv. Bathroom ceiling falling in.Trailers parked in the lot with flat tires. Front desk help rude & unhelpful .Looks like they started to try & remodel hallways & just never finished.Very rundown & Poor view from most balconys. Behind Red roof in that appears to have alot of traffic & locals. Pee in stairways .
