This place is absolutely disgusting. From the moment we got into the disgusting elevator, I knew we were in trouble. The room numbers were printed on and taped on the doors... there were holes in the walls in the hallway, the floors in a gas station bathroom are cleaner... the door next to us had a cardboard "Do Not Disturb" sign written in marker duct taped to it. Inside the room- the curtain was hanging off the rod, the mini fridge was somehow lopsided, and oh the beds... one quick peek revealed either a murder or horrific bowel movement. A large brown stain soaking through the mattress and pad... sheets were wrinkly and looked slept on (no idea who would actually sleep on those beds). We immediately turned right back around and left feeling violated and our trust lost. We re-entered the elevator, thick with BO, and decided to drive the additional 8 hours home (after already driving 9) to sleep in our own beds. Do NOT book this place. Disgusting.

The hotel is currently under renovation however we stayed Thursday thru Saturday and I didn't see one person working anywhere. Rooms were unclean mattresses filthy floors unswept and the bathroom faucet was constantly leaking. I was very disappointed with the overall condition of the building. I would pass this one up unless desperate. On a positive note the breakfast served was decent.

The pool and lazy river were both closed after advertising they were open. We had to ask for towels because none were left while we were out.

Really the stay was pretty good. I loved having the balcony access. The only problem we had was the pool area. You have to walk down several flights of stairs just to get to it. Also the lazy river experience wasn’t great because all the kids decided to keep jumping right next to us. I get that kids will be kids but it kind of ruined the experience for us. Other than that it was great! Close access to stuff to do, the Island is a must and it’s right down the street!

The AC worked, that’s about it.. the WiFi was terrible, it kept going out every time we would start a movie. There is supposed to be ice and vending machines on every floor. The only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor and it never had ice. There were no vending machines any where. They had a cooler at the front desk with drinks. The room felt like it had bed bugs and mold. The mattress was terrible and thin. If you’re looking for a cheap option that’s close to everything and you will only sleep there and be gone the majority of the time, this is the place. I hope and pray I don’t have bed bugs from staying there!

It was the worst stay. The rooms were old and not clean, the lazy river didn’t work, the breakfast was horrible. My daughters couldn’t even go swimming in the pool because of creeps trying to be inappropriate to them. We have stayed here before over the years and never had an issue this time was just horrible .

I checked out no more 5 minutes after checking in, asking for a refund. Park Tower in staff said I needed to contact the third party I booked with, they couldn't help me. (Expedia) Park Tower in staff didnt even offer to put me in a different room after I kindly explained the conditions, or any help at all for the matter.. It seemed as if they were relieved that we were leaving. I left then contacted Expedia, after a back and forth conversation, they offered to only refund me only for 4 nights out of the 5 that were booked. I guess its better than nothing, however that was an expensive few minute walk through of a room that they had recommended and was completely trash. I will never book with Expedia or the Park tower in again.

Ok for the price. Good location. Just needed a lot of cosmetic maintenance

Overall, I had a very nice stay at this property. The price is very reasonable and offers great value. However, the hotel is a bit on the older side, which occasionally makes it feel a little less than sparkling clean. Despite that, it's still a very good option and I would definitely recommend it!

Plenty of close parking was the only thing good about this property.

Kids really enjoyed the lazy river. The breakfast was really good. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Hallways need much attention. Paint peeling. Holes in Sheetrock. House keeping didn’t restock towels except last day. Ceiling tiles show signs of water marks. Grounds need clean up and trash picked up. Hot tube not working even though you advertised it does. Stains on carpets in room which included three ironing burnt marks. Lights burnt out. Tub dripping.

It was not clean and they did not have towels and wash clothes so I had to go buy some then they didn’t even apologize and would not give us our money back so we could go find another place to stay. We had paid for 3 nights previously to our arrival. It made me sick and we had brought our 4 grands on vacation for the first time. Never staying there again! So disgusted.

The fact that there was indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and hot tub was great, though the hot tub didn't work and the pool areas were not very clean. The hallways needed vacuuming, the windows cleaned, bedsheets changed. The TV and the phone didn't work. We actually came across one employee that was very nice but she didn't speak or understand English. You definitely need to upgrade your front desk personnel. They are not helpful, won't answer the phone and are quite rude. And not just to us, I witnessed several exchanges and believe me, you need to upgrade.

The size of the room was really good. Had really good hot water. Took 2 days to get clean towels. And the breakfast wasn’t really good. But for the price we paid it was over all good for the money we spent.

Hotel is near to the tourist area and price is okay. Otherwise, hotel needs to fix the shower holes, cabinets and tables are still sticky and i feel like its not properly clean before. They need to replace as well their beds.

Upon arrival parking was a little crazy but ok staff was super helpful and friendly our room was very clean and nice will definitely be going back there

The place was not at all like the pictures. Not only old and outdated but not clean at all.
-
Our toilet got clogged and no one came to fix it

Our room had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, beer cans throughout the room, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. We were given another room. It smelled horrible and all the sheets and the comforter were stained. In addition the curtain had holes in it. We ended up checking out. I would not recommend staying there.
