Nothing Everything was broken . No lights in the room just bathroom. Toilet seat was broke no towels

Nothing good here. The 1st room had no lock on the door and the a/c didn't work at all. They moved us to the back lower level still no locks on the door a/c kind of worked àlso holes in the walls, the microwave didn't work,tv wouldn't work because the wifi didn't work back there, the pool disgusting, even the maintenance man. Said not to use it. Never spend a dime here

Location only! Dirty, run down, TV didn’t work, door bolt wouldn’t lock room 111 sink water wouldn’t come out but drizzle and then what did went in floor. Air conditioning unit was plugged into a drop cord in the floor. Large crack at floor to door. Covers were damp. This place is a dump and I have no idea how they are opened still. Front desk leaves in afternoon and doesn’t return until like 10am next day. A number is left on front door to call but they don’t answer. Anyone who stays here once WILL NOT STAY AGAIN.

It wasn’t so bad but they put me on the first floor next to crackheads who were moving out. From 1am-4am they were so loud making it impossible to sleep. Choose a different place or go to a hotel.

Dont stay here!!! Roaches all in the lobby on the counters and the furniture is dirty and stained. Terrible place, we didnt stay. We left and they still kept our money for the first night even though we never officially checked in

Bed bugs, pee stain on mattress, rude staff, no ice machines, coach roaches in bathroom and closet area, no smoke detector, locks don’t work, outlets are hit and miss, frig didn’t work, ac gave out, loud all night long, trash cans full, trash all over parking lot, old ac units sitting in hallway, broken chair, stains all over the walls, tv widgets named inappropriate for words, staff was very rude and took over 45 min to check in. For as much business as this area brings in, there is no money going back into this place nor do staff care about bed bugs.

Whenever I started to check in, there was three people ahead of me whenever they received their keys a lady went upstairs to her room. She came down and she brought it to the front desk attention that there was cockroaches and bedbugs. I wanted to look for myself to see for sure if she was correct so I asked to see a room in the Man said I will show you two rooms. He showed me two rooms the first room. I moved the bed. There was cockroaches, running underneath the bed and behind the bed and Kitcat bars that were rappers I said no the second room he showed me had bloody corners on the mattress from bedbugs. I refused and they never would give me my money back I had to go stay at another motel. I would recommend this place to be shut down. Photos are very deceiving it look like a dump on the inside compared to the photos. Front desk slung a computer screen around unplugged it as he was jerking it around to show me how the computer worked. I was not happy and neither was my husband. One of the people that were in front of me called the police because they paid in cash and they never would get their money back. There was six people behind me and they all canceled their rooms. Some got their money back through other reservation places I never did.

If I could give this minus Stars I would. This was absolutely ridiculous. I mean truly ridiculous. Absolutely! And no reason to be that nasty. Absolutely no reason to have that many roaches absolutely no reason to be unkept as bad as it has been. One of the worst places I've ever stayed and I'm not a five-star person but this was beyond bad

So i read all the reviews and knew not to expect much when we got there. It was just 2 of us and we were going for jeep invasion. The location is awesome! I always bring my own cleaning stuff anywhere i stay. I always go in and check and strip beds before i bring my stuff in. There was not any bugs that i could find, The bed wasn't uncomfortable it just made a ton of noise when you moved. The shower head is more like a microphone then shower. (just low) water is hot and the water pressure was GREAT. The ac worked well, mini fridge and microwave work as they should. With the tv we had to hook it up to the internet before it would work. It was a pain but i got it took 10 min. The drain in the tub wouldnt stay up, no biggie i took a plastic butter knife and put it under the plug worked prefect. The place as a whole is not that clean and out dated. If you want spa treatment and waited on hand and foot then go to the hilton and pay the hilton price. I wanted here for the location pool and price. Parking was not a headache either and i took my doors and freedom panels off and it was nice that when it rained i didnt have to worry about covering or putting them back on my jeep, i just pulled around back where there was a parking garage. The balcony's were nice to look out off of. It wasnt the best but it worked for what we really needed. I have heard bad story's from some of the other guest that was there when i was. So i guess it might just be on the room you get.... try to request #333 wasnt very clean when i got there,(not much problem for me i would cleaned it anyway) and i went to the laundry room to ask house keeping for more towels and wash clothes. (again didnt bother me, but i dont think she liked it that well.

Location Needs alot of maintenance attention

Location and price Our room was clean for the most part but, the sink leaked, the cabinet that the refrigerator sat on was rotted at the bottom, the air conditioner leaked into the floor in the room. The shower head barely was level with my chin and no water pressure at all. The pool area was not clean at all, there was algae in the pool and there was no smell of chlorine, cigarette butts in the pool area that have been there so long they have lost all color. The elevator has not been clean with trash laying in the ceiling of it. Housekeeping never came to take our trash or freshen towels or toilet paper. We had to do that ourselves. We have stayed here for the last 5-6 years. The location is what sells us each time along with the price but I believe this will be our last trip to this place due to the current condition of the building. Staff were very friendly to us, that was never the issue its the property itself.
