Room wasn’t clean, internet didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work,

The rooms were clean, however the outside was not. There were mattresses, box springs, bed rails outside the rooms blocking walkways and balconies. The noise levels was terrible and continued up to 3am. If you’re looking for a good nights sleep while traveling this IS NOT the place to stay.

Room was in bad repair. Security lock was broken. Bath tub had a huge crack and shower head was barely hanging on the wall.

As I pulled in I saw the grounds looked horrible. High grass everywhere. Should have been my first clue to leave. Walked in to check in clue two hit me like a ton of bricks. The smell of the office was not pleasant. Checked in directions where to park and how to find the elevator was useless. Walked into the room and used the restroom and walked back out and went and found a different place to stay. Most expensive bathroom break ever.

Rooms are falling apart problems shutting the doors nasty rooms blood on sheets and pillows cases

Was looking for a cheap place to stay and knew it wouldn't be nice but this hotel is severely ran down. There are mattresses piled up out back and broken chairs along with everything else. I rented 2 rooms here and the one room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the AC barely worked, there is about a 1/4" of space between the door and its jam that you can see outside in both of the rooms, found 4 roaches in one room right before we left. I would highly suggest not staying here even for the budget minded.

Staff was good; the room smelled like pee

Nothing good to say about this experience. Place was run down and filthy . Bed had dead bed bugs in the floor with cigarette ashes, smelled like smoke , hair on the sheets. All of the property smelled awful either like garbage or drugs, beer cans laying everywhere, people sitting on steps, grass wasn’t mowed. The hotel said booking agent would refund the money but they wouldn’t as well . Place didn’t even have a working phone. Do not go with the reviews that say it’s doable

This was a vacation for my daughter's 11th birthday and we tried to stay away from the hotel as much as possible. We literally only stayed there to sleep. My kids were very disappointed about the pool being closed the entire time because that was one of the main reasons we booked this specific hotel because we were under the impression that it was open to swim in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

I did not like anything about this hotel. Let's start by saying it was trashy. The room though was clean, the bed was the worst bed my boyfriend and I have ever slept on. No breakfast like it said no coffee maker in room. Water pressure was terrible. Toilet barley flushed. The pool was green the whole time we stayed. The ice maker was behind the front lobby desk so could only get ice when some one was there. It was so loud out side our door made sleeping even harder then it already was with the awful bed. I would never stay again and would advise others not to stay either.

Our door

The pool was not open. Even though I called and checked 3 days prior to our stay just to make sure only to get there to be told it was closed. And the locks on the doors are not very safe...anyone could get in without any trouble. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and maintained well.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The shower was leaking and had hair in it like it hadn’t been cleaned. The pool had algae in it never swimmed in it. There were needles in the parking lot and broken alcohol bottles. The card reader for my door had exposed batteries in it. The floors would turn your bare feet black. The towels smelled horrible. And I’m fighting to get my deposit money back.

The room was very clean and smelled clean upon my arrival. Everything worked and the staff was very helpful! Thank you for helping make my stay in Pigeon Forge wonderful!
-
The bed was clean and the air and TV worked. But the shower didn't have a shower curtain and the drain looked dirty. There were people running up and down the hall hald the night yelling and gaving a good time. I couldn't sleep. I tried calling the lobby several times and no one would ever answer. I still haven't recieved my security deposite back.

This place was the worst place I ever tried to stay at! It was so bad my Wife wanted to sleep in the car. Stay away!!!! Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this place. Electrical hazard, dirty towels, dirty sheets, door had a space big enough for the cockroaches to walk right in! The guy behind the counter was nice it’s not his fault the owners are pigs!
-
Well the room wasn't bad but if you need anything or ask for anything from front desk they don't help and I had to pay a security deposit of $75 and I never got it back plus I have called them almost daily since and no answer. It seems like they can't get it together to run the place honestly.. if they could get their staff on the same page it would help

Convenient to everything

The pool was full of algae, which showed very poor maintenance. Overall, the property felt neglected and did not meet basic cleanliness or upkeep standards.

Hotel really needs a deep cleaning. Elavator even had trash in overhead light, no inspection sticker. All patio furniture was broken and nasty. Could only get ice afer noon at desk. Wifi was awful if you could get it all. Had to move room because toilet wouldn't flush and they didn't even try to fix. No smoke dector in room and doors either hard to open if at all. Bathroom doors broken. I will say it was quiet and location was very good. Bed not bad. Couldn't watch TV due to wifi not working 90% of time. Staff when around was friendly but don't ask for anything after housecleaning or maintenance leaves because you won't get help. Pricing is very good if you can put up with the lack of everything else. I would think Wydam who owns the hotel would be ashamed of themselfs.
