Very nice, updated hotel rooms, beautiful garden area, plenty of rocking chairs everywhere. Location was perfect. Free breakfast across the street at Reagans house of pancakes, you get 3 pancakes and a beverage was a plus.

Copper petinaed statues decorated the grounds. Walking distance to the Islands.

Loved all the extra touches Arbors offer their guests. From breakfast vouchers for a free stack of pancakes and a drink across the street for everyone every morning your there. The never ending Krispy cream donuts. Their slushy machines, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate machines, as well as their tea, lemonade, or cider machine. Fruit available also. They provide pool toys for the pool. They have a large hottub and both are clean and well maintained. They provide stuff to make s'more in the evenings at their fire pit.A singer on Thurs., fri., sat., and sun. 8-10. As well as a gas grill that you can use. Rooms are spacious, and clean, all of the staff are helpful and very nice and the atmosphere is very nice. If your looking for a good solid place to stay in pigeon forge, this is it!! Well worth the money!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The property itself is charming, well maintained, and has a really inviting atmosphere. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely touch and really added to the overall experience. What’s not to love? I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge.

Location is awesome! Easy to walk to multiple locations. You can’t beat breakfast at Reagan’s House of Pancakes. Requested 1st floor due to mobility issues. Was given 3rd floor. One elevator for all rooms and it’s very slow. Junior Suite on 1st floor is larger than Junior Suite on 3rd floor, was disappointed. Room 306 specifically: tub drains slow, bathroom door hook has been pulled off the door, only one part of towel bar there (other has never been installed - no holes in tile). Also, parking seems to be very limited. I’m sure there is enough per rooms on the property but if you come back after 7/8 pm you are up the creek finding a spot.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very helpful. They also give you a breakfast voucher for a restaurant across the way and it fed our family of 4 for under $10. I would recommend.

Hotel location right in the heart of activities in Pigeon Forge. Tile flooring throughout, no crunchy carpeting. This is a bit older hotel, staff are upgrading all of the rooms.

We had a family of 9 and we all absolutely loved it. There is not 1 complaint. The beds was soooo comfy. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
