Close to everything. Very friendly, helpful staff!

I woke up at 3 AM and felt like I got stung by something. By morning, I was very ill. I drove home to Georgia and by that evening I was in the emergency room. Turns out I had two very serious black widow spider bites.

Great, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast vouchers for restaurant next door. Nice clean swimming pool.

Our roof leaked, air conditioning stopped working, the shower head was down way too low for someone of average height.

Non-family friendly for sure. Had to leave a $100 deposit for guarantee of no damage to the hotel (as most places.) They only refunded $70 because they claim $5 is automaticly not refunded (so it's not your full $100 back, it's $95 but was not told that at check-in.) and apparently the $25 fee is for dirty "stained" towels and bed sheets. My children had chips in the room and the towel "stains" they're referring to are from the leaking sink they refused to come look at during my stay. Informed them of twice and nothing. Not only that, they are horrible at communicating with. Save yourself the headache seriously.

Location was good. Beds were comfy. A/C had the door vibrating... sounded like a jackhammer. Shampoo n conditioner were blah. Had to walk to another location for the "free breakfast" which was nothing filling without paying extra.
