Aging building. Room was clean and comfortable.

The pool tore the kids feet up but that reminds me of what I experienced at places similar when I was kid

The pictures are not real or very deceiving. We stayed two nights. At check in they make you sign a bunch of stuff. Including no early check out, this is the first red flag. 2nd is the disgusting exterior of the building. We were on the 2nd floor. Elevator was horrible, other than that stairs were your option. This building is very old. The beds were horrible. There was some sort of leak in the bathroom, walls are paper thin. When we came back from Dollywood on Saturday June 27th, there were guys hanging out their room drinking beer and other stuff not family friendly at all. I just booked a second booking and took a $340 loss to me not to have to stay there. The best part is the breakfast coupon you get for the restaurant next door. They are very busy, but the food was good. For $6 you can upgrade you 3 pancakes to their breakfast buffet. I never ever stay here again. And for the grand finale, they charge your card $100 dollars but only give you back $95. We are staying at the Hilton Garden in July which is just a bit more, but I have never been happier.

They are NOT pet friendly as advertised. My husband has a Service dog, showed the documents & they said there is a $250.00 fine if pet hair is in the bed. Well, he sleeps with him, so yes, there is gonna be hair in the bed. Bed sheets were stained before we even got in them. No room service available, had to take towels to front desk for exchange. Do Not Recommend. I wasn't sent the "restrictions" until AFTER I had already paid in full, with the extra fee for emergencies and they don't accept that either. No Refund available.

They did not clean or bring towels to the room day 2. My husband had to go get clean towels and empty our own garbage. 3rd day a lady showed up late and brought towels and emptied garbage. Room was very outdated. We had to go to the office for toilet paper too.

Stay here many times. Always enjoyed.

Had a few questions/concerns, and staff answered/resolved everything quickly. Very friendly and professional.

Best part was voucher they give you to eat breakfast next door at Reagans pancake house.
-
Great place to stay if you are traveling with pets for the price.
-
Room clean; staff very nice.

Shower head had black mold coming out. Water never got hot. Dead bugs EVERYWHERE. Floors look clean but turned socks black. Hardly pet friendly. We left a day early literally because of this place.

The room was noticeably dirty upon arrival. The phone had strange substances on it, the batgeoom wall felt greasy, and the corners of the room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The humidity in the room was also terrible—it made the blankets feel damp and almost wet, which was extremely uncomfortable. Check-in was not a great experience either. The front desk staff was very monotone, not welcoming, and seemed bothered that we were checking in. He provided almost no useful information and didn’t explain basic things like how breakfast worked or important hotel policies. One major issue was the hidden fees. The website states fees are paid upfront, but at check-in we were told there is a $100 deposit, and $5 of that is non-refundable. This was not clearly disclosed online. We were also told we had to return our room key to the front desk or be charged an additional $10 fee—again, something not explained beforehand. The “free breakfast” was also misleading. There is no actual continental breakfast at the hotel. Instead, you have to go next door, where the free option is just one pancake. If you want anything more, you must pay to upgrade to a $6 buffet. None of this was clearly described on the website. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, hidden fees, and misleading amenities made this a very disappointing stay.

No complaints here, pool was very clean, rooms was clean

We had a WONDERFUL stay! We LOVED the location and the breakfast voucher was great! The staff was friendly and the pool was great. The rooms are just your basic rooms nothing fancy but did the job it was suppose to do. We have no complaints at all! Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast that was provided for us was what was most impressive. From previous experiences I have had, it is served on the property, and includes things like muffins, coffee, and pastries. Here, you get a voucher that gets you a free stack of pancakes and coffee or soft drink of your choice. For a 6:dollar upgrade, you have full access to an all you can eat buffet.

The hotel didn't have the room we booked on hotels.com. Then the guy didn't give us enough towels for the room.
-
check-in and staff were good. we were accommodated with rooms near each other. rooms are dated and in disrepair. breakfast was limited to pancakes at the restaurant next door rather than a breakfast in the hotel with choices. the hotel should alert customers to that rather than advertising free breakfast.

Breakfast next door daily was excellent and could add full buffet for a nominal price. Location is EXCELLENT and on a trolley car route in the event you partake in alcoholic beverages! Ironing board was so old and rusted once I opened it to use it I couldn't get it to close. I also believe they need to clean floors a lot better. Thankfully I travel with antibacterial wipes and a swiffer !
