Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

Everything was clean , the room was very comfortable. My second time in the hotel and planing on coming back!!

Country Cascades was a fun hotel to stay at. The room as very comfortable and well maintained. They do have quiet hours that begin at 11pm, which was challenging for us as having kids that go to bed prior to then and could hear the loud noise from outside. But other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This was great for a one night stay at this price. My son enjoyed all the slides. There’s lots of things to do at a cost. The room was fine, clean and sufficient. Jennifer in the crystal mining and Build a Buddy store was extra helpful. She goes above and beyond on customer service! The check in staff was very welcoming too!

Awesome place for the price. We enjoyed it and can’t wait to come back! Our only complaint was the mold/mildew smell in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect, no hiccups. All good for everything.

The only two gripes I have were that the mattress was terrible and there really wasn’t a usable gym for what u would need. The cardio area only had a treadmill a bike and some sort of cable machine. It was doable but not sufficient. The pool area and slides were clean and even seen them checking the water quality several times while we’re there. We had a fantastic time! Hopefully they will invest in some new mattresses before we come back.

The Waterpark was nice, however if you are in the other building you have a lo g walk to the either the indoor or outdoor park. Would be nice for then to use one of the entrances outside so, you don't have to walk all the way around and than enter the building and enter back in the building exiting.

We had a wonderful family stay. The rooms were very clean. The pool and slide areas were well maintained and clean. Lots of activities for the children. We will definitely be back

The check in process was easy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and it was a family friendly environment.

Great location close to all activities including the National Park. Has both indoor and outdoor pools and slides, as well as a large indoor hot tub. Coffee shop is reasonably priced with good food items.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I had an overall amazing stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. My only complaint is the hot tub was extremely overclorinated to the point where it burned your eyes. I would definitely stay here again. Everything else was pretty good.

We loved our stay, our 9 year old had a blast! Everything was super clean and tidy. My son broke his risk band and that was a super easy fix, front desk staff replaced it with no wait time and they had a friendly smile to go with it. The staff would offer various activities every hour at the outside pool and slides from beach ball pool time to free snow cones. It was a quick ride up the road to go walk the strip while window shopping or seeing the attractions like the sky lift or the aquarium. We will go back!

The rooms were clean, the property had tons to do for the kids!
