It says water park so it should be open and running during hours of operation, not on a hour to hour basis, and it’s more for a toddler yet my 5 year old grandson didn’t care to be there, put it this way for the money it cost to stay for a few days wasn’t worth it and if I’d known what I knew now we would’ve of canceled and stayed at the wilderness. We went to the pool once while being there we went and bought a day pass to wilderness waterpark we literally slept there, the food from the breakfast place was over priced and already cooked besides the eggs we barely ate anything from our plates, the only thing that was good was the pizza and shakes that was onsite and the worker that was in there making the pizzas was amazing and the lady making the shakes was amazing other than that we spent money to not be there then using the amenities there

Have a lot of moisture on the floor, bathroom and hallway even door not sure why but other than that the day was great

My wife is going through cancer, we arrived early. The website says early check in is $50, but I was charged over $160!!! Then I wanted to get 2 sodas, but you don't take cash, how in America do you not take American money then you make me put money on a card that I can't use anywhere else. This was the first and last time I'll be staying there. I'm going to make sure that I tell everyone on Facebook never to stay at your resort.

Really enjoyed the stay here, had everything we need and close to everything we wanted to do.

The staff has friendly and very helpful. Lots of activities on site, especially for younger kids. The resort is very family oriented. The room we stayed in was outdated and needs some updates. We stayed in the penthouse suite and there was water damage from the air conditioner as well as a spiral staircase which was not practical for taking heavy luggage up to the bedrooms. Overall the hotel was nice and great for families.

I loved the hotel but we did not have a phone in our room to ask for towels and the pool is not convenient to anyone that is not in the main hotel. There is no entrance to the pool other than the main hotel. If you have children bring a wagon. It's a little hike. They have amazing amenities. I would go back of i could be assured we were in the main hotel.

The slides are only open every other hour

Very disappointed as this was not our first stay. We usually love this hotel for the slides/waterpark. It was super hot and the first 2 days the outdoor water slides were closed. The beds were absolutely HORRIBLE. We had the 2 queen beds with pull out sofa bed. You could feel the springs on the sofa bed. Not one of us got one good night sleep out of the 6 nights we were there. Very expensive for the disappointment. Unfortunately we won’t be returning there

Loved the room and the activities. Make sure to utilize the buy country cascades to get discounts on the meal packages and play passes

We love everything about this hotel! It’s clean, it smells so good and my grandkids absolutely love it there! This was our 4th time staying here and we will continue to go here. The only thing was, that the water slides weren’t open until 11am. Kids are usually up early and we had to wait for several hours.

Our room cause that’s where we stayed! From time I checked in they did not want to help with an autistic child. Went to pool and had to leave. We did go to breakfast 1 morning and that was our best part there that lady was the nicest person she was so sweet and was very good with my autistic child her name was Monica… very sweet lady.
