Need more parking at main building

Clean room, not pet friendly, inside and outside pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool, they have 2 different buildings, the room we had, we had to go across the road from the main building, and ours overlooked the pool, have stayed here before will stay again.

Staff was somewhat friendly

Downside being close to the front of the hotel, traffic, regular sirens and hearing people walk up and down the stairs made sleep challenging and being able to hear my neighbors talking through the vents, bumping sounds, day & night, above and beside our room. Mattress was a little bit hard. I probably would want to stay toward the back of the property for noise purposes. We were located in the very front of the hotel.

The rooms were clean and nice. They cleaned our room after the first day but not any other of the days. We had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes but they gave us plenty of. The 2 pools were nice and the one indoors was open 24 hours. Had good breakfast. Would definitely stay again. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and pool was nice! We didn’t feel welcome upon our arrival and staff seemed confrontational or not really friendly! It seemed to be a big deal that we had a baby with us and was charged extra for 2teens even though online it said kids didn’t count as adults! Either way we stayed but probably won’t use this location again!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff was very helpful and polite! The registration was great also! Our room was clean and well stocked!! One nice option would be another towel hanger for additional towels to hang and dry!

Great place to stay! Pools were on point, service was friendly, location was perfect. Breakfast was super crowded, just took it to go into room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were amazing and it was close to everything, would strongly recommend!

The room was very clean. The staff were nice. The daily breakfast had a wide variety for everyone from yogurt/cereal to biscuits & gravy/waffles. We absolutely loved there were 2 pools. Most people were outside so there were several times we were the only family using the indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The toilet in the first room we were given was not working properly so they switched us to another room, and even in that one the toilet would run and you'd have to keep jiggling the handle. Minor but a hotel should stay on top of the plumbing.

Cons: WiFi didn’t work the whole stay. House keeping never came. Outdated carpet. Check- in staff was not the nicest. No smoking on the property. No designated smoking areas.

Both pools and hot tubs were nice.

Tammy was amazing! She was very kind and polite and answered every question or concern we had. We had a small mix up with pur reservations the day of check in and she was quick to fix the issue and make sure we were taken care of. We will be back to this location. Amenities were great, as well as comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommend!
